‘Winter is almost upon us here in this state and though we don’t know how bad this year’s will be, we can still have a bit of an idea of what’s expected. Mild snow and rain events, while a crippling ice storm, major flooding, bad blizzard, or tornado are all possibilities in terms of severe weather. Every winter here we tend to have a major flooding event or tornado, or heavy blizzard so best to always remain prepared for everything,’

It’s not that funny we’ve had several minor tornadoes here over the winter. February is part of our tornado season lol
YouTube is calling themselves ‘the Service’ in their new term agreements this is some serious Brave New World stuff or something
That sounds closer to 1984 :P Brave new World was about like, drugging them and using entertainment to keep them distracted
It’s like ‘The Service is here for your personal use and non-commercial entertainment. However, The Service has several new terms that one must abide by before being able to fully consume all of the Content that The Service has to offer,’
Oy I've never read BNW :P I only read 1984 because it was for schoolAlthough I HAVE read "Why I Write" on my own

I read through the terms and honestly pretty much. It didn’t really seem like they changed that much though honestly, they just really wanted to start referring to themselves as The Service
Elizabeth ♛Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "I know you haven’t so don’t try to tell me what’s in that book :P"Well that's like, the one thing EVERYONE knows about that book even if they've never read it

Once my mom made me do something I didn’t want to do, so I jokingly responded back with that one meme that says: “Sorry, but you must buy the Premium Edition to unlock this feature,” And Mom just responded back in an even snarkier voice: “I done already bought that the moment of your birth,”

It's been almost a year and still the glitch preventing my journal's movement or title change hasn't been fixed and I'm really annoyed by that. I'm sick of people thinking the Mods haven't moved this over yet and I'm sick of this journal name
Time for the GoodReads awards again. Which means yet another year of people endlessly whining about how the contest is rigged in some person's favour or how they only pick popular books instead of having a wider selection. Then they pick up right where they left off last year. Ugh
Mom said she wants me to try the new Impossible Whopper because she thinks it'll make me not feel sick after eating fast food

Why does everyone hate Alien Force so much I think it’s better than the original Ben 10 series I said it and I mean it
I mean the animation looked better the aliens were cooler the stories were really dark and more interesting the characters were more developed and I remember way more from that show than the original Ben 10 and I even have more favorite episodes from it then the original
Mom told me about this one time when her and her cousins found this book about sex from the seventies back when her parents were teenagers called The Joys of Sex or something and how they were giggling over the people in the illustrations having stuff like hairy armpits
Fictional Character: *crossdresses for a good reason that's explained in their series and constantly tells people they're close to their true gender and to treat them like that gender and acts how they're expected for their true gender* People Making Trans Headcanons: "I'm about to ruin this person's whole career,"

'The third newest picture in your camera roll is the reason you're pregnant.'*Picture is an illustration from The Stand of Fran dragging her dead father's body down the stairs*
Me: "We're just going to leave that alone,"
They're really blurry and don't move, even on websites where they're supposed to move as part of the preview. My Internet is fine and everything so I don't know what the problem is
Snowing and windy and extremely cold. I have no clue how I survived it. When I got back home I could barely walk from dizziness and I was out of breath and could barely talk
Indeed. I’m surprised I didn’t get frostbite or something because my shoes weren’t sturdy enough and soaked through to my socks
OMG there is a stage-play version of Steins;Gate! I was just thinking about how I'd love to see a musical adaptation of it but couldn't find any and then I just got recommended it to me this morning by YouTube!
Are there any good trans authors to read? I know lots of lesbian, gay, bi, pan, ace, and nonbinary authors, but I can't think if I know any trans authors. Are there any good ones out there? Or just any at all? I don't even care if they're trans male or trans female, I'm just really curious about that now
Mom: "He wasn't a hippy at all, but he was a computer programmer and back then, that was basically the next best thing!"
Steins;Gate be like 'i've been to the year 2036, not much has changed but they float in the air, and your five daughters and two goddaughters are all pretty fine'
I am a thousand percent sure the reason I'm as snarky as I am now is because of all the shows I watched as a kid
Video: "Everytime you hear those lyrics; 'cash money records taking over for the 99 and 2000' you can't help but to twerk. I'll prove it!" Me: "Not gonna do it..."
Video: *starts playing song*
Me: *already in the middle of twerking on the couch*
Oh gosh :DYou know I never really saw twerking in school. Or anywhere. It was like an urban legend or something
