why am I laughing so hard at that

Though for a brief moment I was concerned because I thought I peed myself and only realized what had actually happened when I stood up and couldn't find any actual urine on my seat

Honestly, I should've just listened to that bad feeling because the entire thing left a bad taste in my mouth and it annoyed me the more I thought about it. They literally changed nothing except the ships and everyone was like 'wow this was so good, tied up all of the loose ends and fixed the plot-holes'
I went into this without the mindset of a shipper, honestly.
But how on Earth does switching around the ships fix the plot-holes and all of the other inconsistencies about the ending? Like it was literally word-for-word the actual ending of the series except with their own ships having children. And that's what kinda bothered me.
One of the characters got married off to someone else and still had a child with them like in the actual series she had a child with the main character whom she married. That bothered me because part of her arc was learning to accept herself for who she was and how her admiration for her friend turned into love. He was the one person who could take her out of her fog. She had other people whom she inspired with her optimism and helped open up, but she had trouble opening up herself until she joined the main character's group and learned more about who she was and what she wanted. She wouldn't be upset if he married someone else because she would want him to be happy, but she would never marry someone else, let alone have a child with them. She is selfless and that is her undoing in the series. She would wish happiness for her friends, but wouldn't move on from that.
Same with the guy they had get married and have a child with someone other than the main girl. His whole thing was they grew up together but once she got adopted by a royal family, he could no longer hang out with her. Every time he saw her after that, he assumed it was a bad time and couldn't even approach her. He thought she had grown cold and snobby just because she was turned into a noble woman. The main character brought them together and helped them reconcile and the guy learned she wasn't actually snobby, he just assumed. He thanked the main character practically on his knees for bringing those two together and helping them rekindle their relationship. He loved her so much he was willing to break the law for her. Main character is his best friend, but I highly doubt he'd let his crush go without a fight like that. And even if he had, again, he would never get married and have a child with another woman. He would be happy his crush found someone she truly loved and that his best friend is happy, but he would never move on himself.
On that same note, the couple they had get married I always felt as though they loved each other in a platonic way but that's more my own thoughts.
I hate people who throw away actual canon character development for their own agenda. Or when they just ignore that there are characters in canon who are often portrayed as liking a specific character just because they personally don't ship it. Honestly, their fanfic had a chance of working if they addressed those issues about the other characters, but they didn't. Because they married one-half of their OTP and that was just too much.
It also feels extremely disrespectful to me in terms of the original artist because he said numerous times that that ending is what he originally had in mind from the very beginning. Doing things like that really ruins his vision and I don't really have tolerance for people who do it in a really cocky manner like that
Things like this are why I'm honestly terrified of series like Seraph of the End finally reaching an end. Let's say the author does want to pull a 'happy-ending' type of scenario. Or maybe even a 'bad-ending' akin to Guren Ichinose's Catastrophe at Sixteen. He'll pair characters together. But literally no matter what he does, the fandom will whine and we will get crud like that fanfic up there. If he pairs up Yuu and Mika, everyone will say he was just pandering to the mainstream and that Yuu and Shinoa are destined to be together. But if he does YuuxShinoa, everyone will call him predictable and accuse him of being a homophobe. ShinoaxMitsuba? He's just being fanservic-y. Shinoa with Kimizuki or Yoichi? 'She never showed any sign she loved them more than a partner and friend!' Etc. Etc.
Yes, that sort of thing really angers me. I wasn't that upset when I first read the fanfic, but the more I thought about it the angrier I got. Nothing makes me more upset than completely ruining or flat-out ignoring character development/relationships that are canon in the source material. People who do that only do it to further their own agenda in an extremely cocky way and obviously do not care what the original creator intended or had in mind. And that sickens me on an extremely deep level

It's basically about this shy programmer whose jocky womanizer roommate at college basically bribes him to making a hook-up app for him and his friends. Shenanigans ensue. Programmer also becomes smitten with a gloomy bookworm who is all like 'ugh i was born in the wrong century'
I'm sure you can imagine the casting list I created for the Danganronpa characters already lol

And yes, I really am going to write the movie scene-for-scene with the characters. I might change a few things around to make things fit their personalities better, but otherwise it's going to be exactly the same lol

*realizes I screwed up the years and the characters' ages*
Nah I don't really need to work on this. It doesn't need to be published or anything

But I had to turn that video off right in the middle of it because oh my gosh
This girl says she has a GoodReads account but there is no possible way she could be on GoodReads if she genuinely thinks she is the only person to dislike these books
For starters, one of hers was The Edge of Never which I hadn’t even heard of and had to look up. According to GoodReads it’s a NA romance and my friends on here who like that sort of thing praised it highly so make of that what you will
I’ll give her two. Cursed Prince I’ve seen a lot of praise for, and Wintersong I’ve seen a lot of praise for. Falling Kingdoms I also kinda give a pass to since it has very mixed reviews
But everything else? Come on. I stopped watching when she pulled out When Dimple Met Rishi. Everyone I know really dislikes that book. Caraval? Same deal though it’s getting a little bit better reviews now. Beautiful Mystery has lots of hate for it. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are you freaking kidding me?! EVERYONE hates that one!!!
I feel so bad for mocking her video because she seems genuinely intelligent and well-read but she cannot seriously think she’s in the minority for hating all of those books, right?

In her videos, we see she obviously has a understanding of things teenagers would do. She knows what sex is, has had it, smokes, constantly goes outside by herself like going to the carnival and grocery store by herself. She is completely aware of her horrible family life; they obviously do not care for her at all to the point where she was even kidnapped. She longs for the days when she was younger and thus due to trauma locks herself in a child-like frame of mind. She's clearly not; she's probably around fifteen or sixteen years old judging by the events in her videos, but she feels like a five-year-old.
Her new album is going to take place at a school and a lot of it looks like a brightly-painted highschool. One of her songs is called K-12. She's in twelfth grade now but wishes to go back to kindergarten, probably the last time her family ever truly got together and were happy. Her new album even talks about darker topics like racism. Things an older teenager would be more familiar with but told in her childlike worldview. She has a boyfriend in the new album called Strawberry Boy. She likes him because he is pink. Probably innuendo for something sexual that again, only a teenager would really know.
Crybaby is intended to be a traumatized teen fed up with her dysfunctional home life and abusive love life who isolates herself and copes with those issues by pretending to be a child again in the hopes it'll make everyone love her again, in the hopes everything will go back to normal.
Anyway thanks for coming to my TedTalk

Seriously, this is a fandom that wants to make LGBT and ethnic OCs, but never once did a single person think of making like a deaf Killing Game participant?!

Real Name: Yersinia Pestis
Nickname: Black Death
Appearance: She has pale skin and glowing red eyes. Her hair is dark black and cut into a bob that frames her face. Her skin is littered in various rings of rotted flesh, and she has a large ring of blood around her mouth. She's wearing a dark black corset, black hoop-skirt, and knee-high, black laced-up boots without heels. She's carrying a scythe.
Personality: She's very angry and temperamental, claiming she is the true king of disease and set records nobody else could possibly beat. She's also easily annoyed by things, most notably Ebola, and loves to put lesser diseases, AKA everyone else, in their place. When she was younger, she was quite arrogant, and out of all the pandemics, has the least tolerance for humans, wishing she managed to kill them all out during her youth. She has an army of fleas and rats at her command.
Real Name: Vibrio Cholerae
Nickname: Cholera
Appearance: She has peach skin and sea-green eyes that are sunken in due to dehydration. She also has curly yellow hair that drips down her shoulders almost to her waist, and a crown of shrimp tops it. She's wearing an aqua mermaid-style ball gown that turns into a blue mermaid tail. She has a ring with a plankton topping it. Her skin is very leathery and is thus unable to move very well.
Personality: She's very chill and relaxed, much preferring to lounge around on her rock and go swimming. Much like Black Death, she calls herself the king of disease, having already been called King Cholera in several nations. She has a summer home in Eastern Europe, and despite hailing from India, has a faint Russian accent. She loves the splendor of the region, but lately has been confined to the wilds of West Africa and having a good time there. She considers humans to be foolish and enjoys swimming in their waterways. Due to how toxic and easily-spread she is, simply jumping into water contaminates it.
Real Name: Salmonella Typhi
Nickname: Typhoid
Appearance: She has red, fluffy, puffy hair down to her waist and dark red eyes. Her peach skin is covered in red, rosy spots that seem to flare up whenever she's angry or annoyed. She's dressed like a stereotypical chief and even has the top hat to prove it.
Personality: Despite the fact that cooking is her passion, she is very unhygienic in her cooking practices and prides herself on just how poor she can make her sanitation habits. Much like Cholera, she loves the splendor of Eastern Europe and spent a lot of time with the last Tzar and his family back when the family was younger. Lately, however, she's been craving something more orient and is spending time in Taiwan, much to their distress. She is hyper, but doesn't talk very much. She also has a twin sister, Typhus, and has several cousins: Salmonella, E. Coli, and Botulism, who currently is living in Italy.
Real Name: Rickettsia Prowazekii
Nickname: Typhus
Appearance: Much like her twin sister, Typhoid, Typhus has dark red hair and red eyes, except her hair is pulled back into a tight braid. Her spots also flare up when she's annoyed or angry, so basically, all of the time. Due to her notorious nature of killing a majority of the soldiers in World War 1 on the Eastern Front, she's wearing their uniform and carrying a gun on her back.
Personality: Typhus is rough, tough, and crude, often being painfully blunt about things. Unlike some of her friends, she loathes Eastern Europe and wishes the silly humans there would literally clean up their act so she can stop being lured into their lives. When she's bored, she often plays with either her braid or her unloaded gun, and while refusing to admit Typhoid is her sister, she does admit her sister is an amazing cook and is usually one of the first ones to try her newest recipes. Like Typhoid, she has several cousins too, but they mainly share her relation in name only; and as a result, loathes being around them.
Real Name: Variola Vera
Nickname: Smallpox
Appearance: She is a small girl, almost child-like in looks, dressed like a Native American with long black hair in braids and dark skin. Smallpox scabs coat her body. Her appearance relates to the disease being the most common thought to what wiped out most of America's native population.
Personality: She's quiet and tends to lean against walls or look down at the ground, feeling very embarrassed that she's the only disease that's been eradicated so far. However, whenever disease mention their fears of being wiped out, or whenever one gets too cocky, she's quick to shut them down, being very loud and brash.
Real Name: H1N1
Nickname: Swine Flu
Appearance: She has light pink hair pulled up into a tight, curly ponytail, pinkish-tinted skin, and crystal-blue eyes. Her nose is constantly running. She's wearing pink knee-high boots, a pink T-shirt, and blue overalls and cares for a large farm of pigs. Her appearance references how swine flu is commonly thought to be spread by pigs or by eating pork products.
Personality: She's very whiny and demanding, always asking others to care about her needs and lamenting about how she once was a huge deal. Despite her childish nature, she's very caring-towards her pigs. She dislikes humans, but is more interested by how determined they are to survive. Unlike Black Death, however, she wasn't cocky in her youth, instead being quite reserved and shy. When she was young, she was known as Spanish Flu.
Real Name: Flavivirus
Nickname: Yellow Fever
Appearance: She is African-American in appearance, with her black hair pulled up in a tight bun and dark brown eyes. She is wearing a bright yellow ball gown from the 1870's, and is always fanning herself with a fan. Instead of having a regular human mouth, she has a mosquito proboscis and four sets of brown mosquito wings, much like her twin sister, Malaria.
Personality: She prides herself on being a proper Southern belle, always acting polite and sweet to everybody. In reality, she barely says anything at all and is usually sitting in the back of a room, fanning herself widely along with her sister. She wishes she was more human in appearance and hopes more animal-looking pandemics come along to keep her company.
Real Name: Plasmodium Falciparum
Nickname: Malaria
Appearance: She is also African-American, except she has braids going down her back neatly and dark brown eyes. She's wearing a black evening gown, and also has wings and a proboscis.
Personality: She is very quiet and serious, much preferring to let her looks speak for themselves and always fanning herself violently. She has a tendency to giggle a lot as well.
Real Name: Ebola Virus Disease
Nickname: Ebola
Appearance: She has very dark skin, dark brown hair pulled into small braids, and dark brown eyes. She's wearing an orange wrap dress, brown weaved sandals, and has an orange flower in her hair. She has a bloody nose and a ring of blood around her mouth. Much like Smallpox, she also resembles a young girl.
Personality: The dreaded and arrogant Ebola, she is every pandemic's worst nightmare....and humanity's greatest challenge. She is extremely arrogant, cocky, and energetic, and she constantly praises herself over how threatening she is considered to be. In reality, while managing to kill a lot, she's easily rid of and has even managed to have a vaccine developed for her. She also takes a while to spread, which frustrates her to no end. She and Cholera are in a sort of contest to see how many people they can infect. Instead of harboring hatred towards humans, Ebola is curious about them and spends a lot of her time learning why they do what they do, especially in her presence.
Real Name: Mycobacterium Leprae
Nickname: Leprosy
Appearance: She resembles a young Indian woman in her late-20's, due to the disease's prevalence in India. She usually wearing an orange sari with a matching veil and brown sandals, but every once in a while, she wears a dark pink sari with gold lining the hem and veil. She also braids pink jewels into her hair. She has dark tan skin, light brown eyes, and dark brown hair that's almost always worn loose under her veil. She has only one hand, and is missing several fingers on her other hand.
Personality: She is the oldest pandemic there, having been around since Biblical times, so she is the most mature one there and considers herself above their constant childish fights. She speaks calmly and gently, and usually is their voice of reason. Unlike the other pandemics, she dislikes talking about her youth, but when asked, she will shut down the conversation. Out of all the pandemics, she tolerates Ebola's antics the most, and sees humans as people of their own instead of something to be destroyed and tries her hardest to only infect individuals instead of large populations.
Real Name: Streptococcus Pneumoniae
Nickname: Pneumonia
Appearance: She looks like a very proper, dignified, gentlewoman, rightfully so. She's dressed in a fancy pink gown from the 1850's, and has a very lacy pink fan to match. She also has bright blonde hair, peach skin, and dark blue eyes, and she also has rosy cheeks. Her skin has a bluish tint, and she has a tendency to cough up parts of her lungs.
Personality: She is sweet, polite, and proper, almost never speaking up in the pandemic meetings, even if she has something to say. However, in the matters of Ebola, she will lay down her thoughts upfront, not caring what the latter thinks of her. She is also extremely supportive of her sister, who lately is finding success in Moldova.
Real Name: Tubercle Bacillus
Nickname: Tuberculosis
Appearance: She's wearing an elegant purple ballgown from the 1850's and is also carrying a matching fan. Her facial features matches her sister's, with blue eyes, blonde hair, peach skin, and rosy cheeks. She looks remarkably healthy, except she coughs up mucus violently every so often and has trouble breathing.
Personality: She's more talkative and rude than her sister, often saying only she is right and everyone else is wrong. Lately she's been visiting Moldova and is finding great luck there.
Real Name: H5N1
Nickname: Bird Flu
Appearance: She is a young Chinese girl with brown hair tied up in a dumpling hair-style and held in place by yellow flowers, pale skin, and brown almond-shaped eyes. She's wearing a yellow Mandarin dress with two high slits cut up her legs and red flats. Like Swine Flu, her nose is running. She also has a pair of fluffy, white chicken wings on her back that allow her to run very fast.
Personality: She's very quiet and reserved, thinking her only friends are chickens. She's considered a joke in the world of pandemics because she is still unable to infect humans properly, so as a result, she's a loner and is bitter towards pandemics and other diseases in general. Right now she's living at her holiday home in Hong Kong.
Real Name: Meningitis
Nickname: .......Meningitis
Appearance: She is African-American, but is much darker than Ebola and is dressed in a very professional grey business dress. Her black hair is pulled up in a tight bun, and she has dark brown eyes. Her neck and forehead are constantly stiff, and she's also highly sensitive to bright light and loud noises.
Personality: She's cynical and brash, not seeing herself fit enough to join the other pandemics in their meetings since she is easy to treat. As a result, she hides herself in Sub-Saharan Africa, running a day-care and infecting children in her free time. Despite living close to each other, she's claimed she's never even heard of Ebola and hopes it will stay that way.

My draft, my debut novel, is gone. It got overridden on the site I saved it on even though you can only do that task manually and I can assure you I didn’t do that obviously. The link is still the same but it takes you to the new story instead.
I’ve been working on it ever since 2015. It filled up about 103-104 pages. And obviously it wasn’t done yet. I’ve been working on it for a long time now and it’s very different from what I started with in 2015.
And now it’s all gone. Every single word and page is just gone. I don’t know how to get it all back if it’s possible.
I work on it for the first time in almost a year and this is what happens.
I don’t even feel like crying. I just feel empty and hollow like my heart is gone. In a way I suppose it is

I doubt they'd let actual criminals in while discriminating against disabled people. As said in SDR2, they sought to cultivate ANY talent, which is why they had biker gang members and literal Yakuza.
