It’s an RP group where we RP as canon characters and the guy who was playing as Mika randomly killed Mika off and demanded to be kicked from the server for seemingly no reason. The owners did kick him but they were extremely confused about everything that had happened To be honest I’m kinda glad he’s gone. He was a fine person but his RPing skills weren’t very good at all and the group has a very specific rule that it’s only open to a certain type of RPer. You even have to audition for the role you want so they can see if it’s what they want. How he passed I’ll never know; it wasn’t very good and I feel like they just accepted him since they needed a Mika lol

Also there's a person in the Seraph of the End RP Discord I'm in who is extremely dead-set on wanting to play Akane for some reason. Like, I know we all have our favourite characters, but...come on girl. One of the administrators decided that people would be allowed to take on a secondary, minor role if they wanted to and literally she jumped into the chat saying: "Does this mean I can play Akane now????" And she had to explain to her that in the timeline of the current RP, Akane is still dead and in the actual series she is still dead and as usual the person was really disappointedLike let it go, if Akane wasn't dead the story wouldn't exist let's not lie to ourselves lol
There's this guy who I see in town sometimes who plays the violin with this little rabbit puppet and he hides the strings to make it look like the rabbit is playing the violin with him. He's around in the summer more often obviously and I saw him when I was walking home from the library yesterday and it made me feel happy because whenever I see him I always feel so full of joy because it's such a wholesome thing to see

Okay so in Demon Slayer there's a character who's a womanizer and spends most of his time begging girls to marry him. He's implied to like older girls. Later on we meet a girl who spends most of her time begging guys to marry her and is a bit older than that other character And I keep telling my mom that if the creator knows what's good for her she will lock those two in a closet or something and let them talk

Does Overlord really count as an isekai anime? I haven't seen it but from what I understand it's about a guy who chooses to live out the rest of his life in a video game. I guess technically it does, but it's not like he's actually physically in the video game himself. I always assumed isekai were about people who ended up in another world for one reason or another(usually by dying) I was wondering because the characters are in that new Isekai Quartet anime which features characters from four famous isekai shows

Untitled: A girl from the past suddenly finds herself waking up in a dark forest in a far-away fantasy world with no prior memory of herself or her old world. Dubbing herself as Luna, the only word she still recalls, she soon learns of her quest by a flighty but wise Grimoire named Rem. She was one of several potential candidates summoned from a parallel world to fight with each other with seventy-eight specific demonic nobles to determine who is worthy of reclaiming the title of king after the last king grew ill and mysteriously vanished long ago. Failure means darkness will spread across the land. However, only males were supposed to be summoned. Luna's appearance infuriates Rem and fascinates her demon servants, who had never seen a female candidate before. Despite all of those shortcomings, Luna summons her first servants and proves to be commendable in her actions as a possible future queen.
Darkness looms on the horizon though. Luna's three opponents are as ruthless as they are helpful; their personalities changing on a dime. The servants are enthralled and submissive to Luna, yet constantly celebrate every wrong turn she takes. Luna herself is plagued by memories, nightmares, and a language that she believes come from her old world and wonders if they contain some kind of key to figuring out her past, why she was sent there, who she even is, and most of all, what awaits her if she actually does succeed in her goal-being the only King Candidate to ever do so in a thousand years.
I always get confused when ai hear about that anime because I play angame series called Overlord which is a satire of the fantasy genre

I decided to at least sign up for the summer reading game that my library does every summer just to see what it was like. I signed up for it a few weeks ago. I went up to one of the librarians and asked me where to sign up, and she redirected me to the childrens' section. Already I was thinking something was wrong, but I went over there anyway. I told the librarian in there that I wanted to sign up for the program and she got really excited and happy and said: "That's wonderful! Where did you hear about it? Did someone come to your school and tell you about it?" And I answered that I didn't hear from it at school, and she asked me: "What school do you go to?" And I said I didn't really go to school anymore because I was too old, and she told me if I was above the age of twelve I couldn't participate in the childrens' one, and I said I didn't even want to, I needed to sign up for the adult one but got led in the wrong direction. Then the librarian told me where to go and I said I probably got mistaken for a child by the other librarian and she said: "It's your outfit, it gives you a youthful spirit," So long story short I finally got signed up lol
I told my mom: "It's all fun and games until the shota impregnates you," and she laughed so hard I thought something was wrong lol

Like...what am I even supposed to tell her about her OC? It kinda makes me not want to RP with her because I'm going to be made to play very different love interests for her from different fandoms for literally the same characterMakes me even more upset because our OCs in both fandoms have a few of the same love interests
