I woke up at three in the morning because of a really bad thunderstorm and needless to say I was annoyed. Good thing I was able to go back to sleep a few minutes later
I was reading a post on Reddit called 'what's the worst thing in Shadowverse for you' and I'm so glad to see people agreeing with me on Runecraft. The class by itself isn't terrible but Runecraft is so stupidly overpowered in PVP. Everytime I go into PVP and I see my opponent is a Runecraft user, I pretty much accept my fate. They can get so crazily overpowered and make it so their cards are free, summon multiple things over and over, do extremely devastating critical hits, and make it so their own cards are practically invincible. They can also take out your entire set of cards in one hit. It's so unfair to every other class especially stuff like Shadowcraft and Havencraft which involves a lot of waiting until your cards time out and summon something powerful, or destroy other cards of yours to summon powerful things. I think I've only defeated two or three Runecraft players in PVP? Two of them forfeited the match and the third one I actually defeated using Portalcraft, but I only managed to beat them because I used what I like to call the 'f**k you' card and practically one-shoted them before they could get more power for spells
I also dislike playing against Havencraft because if you use the deck properly, then your cards all become 'f**k you' cards. I was playing against this one person this morning who had five cards in play who all had healing effects and everytime they healed each other, they also did damage to my character. AND THEY COULDN'T BE ATTACKED
When I went to the library on Thursday there was a girl in the teen room who saw my shirt and started freaking out over it and I felt weird and stared at her before going away with my shirt covered, and I heard her say to her friend: “I never knew people were still into that! I didn’t think I’d see a shirt like that on anyone! I like her already! Plus she’s cute!”

My mom and I finished watching B: The Beginning last night and it was really good. Sadly it’s not eligible for completing my resolution but it’s on Netflix and it’s been greenlit for a second season so if anyone wants to watch it go do it so we can cry about Izanami together

My mom asked me why I don’t read more historical romance because she thought it seemed like a genera I’d really love and at first thought it was because it had romance in it, then she remembered I actually like romance and still asked why and I said I actually do read it, it’s just that a lot of it is like medieval and stuff like that and I’m not the biggest fan of that time period and Mom said she feels like there’s more Victorian ones than anything else Which I suppose is true of late but I feel like I don’t read it very much because the time periods and settings are stale to me, and a lot of it is the same. No offense intended but I feel like even hardcore romance fans would agree with me. Everyone seems to think they’re doing something different with the characters and their personalities and backgrounds when they’re not. And I know romance isn't really a genera known for pushing the envelope but surely someone somewhere has taken a look at the dullness of it and tried to write something different? Even a change of country would be interesting to me, like set in the Russian Empire or France or Italy or something. It’s always England and occasionally America
No because you don’t believe me when I said the myth explained the remaining Japanese islands were formed from a dying Izanami’s vomit and other bodily fluids :P

Mom jokingly said Izanami reminded her of Suzuya but then when I actually sat down to think about it I realized they have so much in common there’s no way it was just a coincidence ~They both have white hair
~They are both really androgynous but are guys and pretty masculine at that
~They both hang out with a pair of identical twins
~They are both hinted at being something ‘more than human’
~They are both very athletic and agile
~They both wear dresses
~They both fight with knives
~They both have fake legs that have a knife hidden inside
~Their fight scenes are some of the best in their respective show
~They are often mistaken as girls
~They’re both part of an organization that is seen as evil to the main character but they don’t think they’re evil
~They both fight a black-haired main character who is super powerful with colour-changing eyes who later on gets white hair and red eyes
~They’re both voiced by women in English(Suzuya is still voiced by a girl in Japanese but Izanami is voiced by a guy in Japanese I think)
~Despite giving off an aura of being crazy they’re actually quite serious and distant from others(Suzuya was introduced as being crazy but eventually mellowed out)
I literally feel like I stumbled upon some kind of conspiracy theory. Especially the thing involving their fake legs having knives in them. There is absolutely no way that is a coincidence

Looks like I just got shanghaied into making an OC for Fruits Basket
I literally have no ideas for this OC but I need to make one if I wanna RP with this girl since she has the biggest craving for Fruits Basket. We compromised but I still have to RP Fruits Basket for her so that means I need an OC still. The face-claim I was originally going to use I feel is too old for the character as I made her be in middle school like her crushes. But aside from that I have literally no ideas, and nobody I know has seen the show or read the manga from what I remember so I don't really have anyone to ask for inspiration. I know who I want her crushes to be already, but since I have no ideas in mind for her personality I don't know how she'd be around them

I roped my mom into watching Fruits Basket and she already loves it which makes me really happy. It was the first manga series I ever read aside from Sailor Moon. I originally just read it for a friend but I became hooked. Mom seemed interested in the story but didn't want to read the manga and the old anime literally stopped before the story really got started, so now she's watching this with me and I'm happy to see her loving it that much. As for me it brings me back memories of when I was in middle school and it's very nostalgic for me
One of my favourite fanfic authors is also on AO3 and I could tell how excited she was to see I had joined that community also since she gave Kudos on this fanfic I wrote a while back on FanFiction.net that she considers to be one of her most favourite fics she's ever read

It's been two months practically almost three and the issues involving my journal have not been fixed. What's taking GoodReads so long? Are they even looking into the issue at all?
Please Shadowverse I am begging you on my hands and knees to please not make my next remaining fights before the boss fight mega hard. I spent four full hours on a fight in the Bloodcraft route and it wasn't even the boss fight, it was one of the easier ones against a class Bloodcraft should've excelled in. But no. The game offers you premade decks for a battle if you get stuck and I went through all five of them about ten times or something like that. I was so frustrated that the computer kept backing me into a corner where I had literally one card left and I couldn't play it because if I did I would immediately die because to use it would sap the rest of my life. I eventually won only because I made the computer shoot itself in the foot by spamming one of the weakest Bloodcraft cards I had in my deck. I spammed everything that had 'Drain' because they recover health and everything that summoned vampire bats. I don't even know how that worked but it did So please make my remaining battles easy please. I'm still stuck on the boss fight for Shadowcraft and that's more than enough for me
I keep having to give the iPod up and I'm so sick of it tonight. There's nothing for me to do on the laptop and I don't wanna hear my baby brother watching TV. At least on the iPod I had a video I was watching, and I could block out his show, but on this laptop there's no chance of that happening. And it's not like any of my friends are on either. With my luck I bet the one person I'm actually eagerly awaiting a reply from on Discord is gonna respond when I can't even get to her

My mom said she totally ships Veight and Vania together from Shadowverse/Rise of Bahamut/Granblue Fantasy because they remind her of her own characters who are a pair of vampire twins who remained in their castle isolated from society because they were the only vampires left and were afraid of human contact and when the humans found them they were very shy and socially-awkward due to being alone for many centuries. And they also are in love and have sex with each other constantly lol I told her if she cut out the incest part she should write that as a story or something because it has potential and she said the incest is the best part
I really need to get to plying this game. I have it installed.

One of my favourite dubbing actresses. Everything she touches is perfection. She was Mikan in Danganronpa if you played it in English and she did a great job since normally she plays very sweet and kind girls. I think she had a ball playing a crazy chick for once The game explains the classes to you lol There’s Forestcraft which has cards like elves and fairies, Swordcraft which has knights and warriors, Havencraft which has priests and nuns, Bloodcraft which has vampires and demons, Runecraft which has mages, Dragoncraft which has dragons and dragon-riders, Shadowcraft which has skeletons and zombies, and Portalcraft which is a collection of stuff like steampunk inventors and puppets and such
They all have different benefits and play styles

The English dub is also really good too. Obviously I don’t play it but I’ve seen and heard clips and scenes and talked about it with other people and it’s really well-done. Though there’s still the problem of some voices don’t matching at all which is something I always nitpick Like a card I like has a really proper and poised and alluring voice in Japanese which fits his personality but in English he literally sounds like a prissy thirty-three year-old-man whining

Annnnd I'm upset. Well more annoyed I guess, but either way I'm not very happy. I'm still in the process of moving a lot of my fanfics over to AO3 simply because I want them kept in two different places to increase traffic. I got all excited this morning when I received a comment on one of the ones I had moved recently since it's one of my personal favourites
The comment was literally this one person asking when I'm going to write a sequel to my psychology fanfic
I'm literally this close to just start pulling my hair out or something. I am so freaking sick of seeing that comment everywhere. To suddenly see it on AO3 when I was hoping I could actually kinda get away from stuff like that? It literally makes me feel ill. I know the person hadn't even read the fanfic they posted the comment on either since it's not something they'd usually read or like. Normally I wouldn't judge them for it but I'm judging them for it now.
I do not want to write a sequel to the psychology fanfic and I will likely never. Especially seeing all of these comments just makes me want to do it even less. It wasn't even intended to be an actual fanfic, just a warm-up that I posted because my baby brother's theory inspired me. If it didn't have the favourites it does currently I would've deleted it off the site by now. I don't really like writing sequels to my stories anyway and stuff like this for a fanfic I don't even like all that much just makes my feelings harden. Someone else offered to write a sequel and I hope they're actually doing it so they can post it and I can finally be left alone.
All of this likely makes me sound like a brat or a b**ch and if that's how it is then so be it. I am so freaking sick of seeing that comment everywhere I go. Evidently I'm not safe in any of my fandoms from people like that. I know I always complain about wanting attention and comments but not like this. I don't even really like the story that much anymore because of this; like I said the only reason I haven't gotten rid of it is because of all the favourites and such. But I feel like even just deleting it wouldn't solve the problem.
I was in such a good mood when I woke up, feeling inspired and ready to work on some other stuff. But now my creative energy feels sucked from my body. I don't want to work on anything purely out of spite because of how angry I am. I don't know how to address these people and of course I have no power to make them stop.
But I also don't know how much longer I can go on like this. I'm genuinely sorry if the story upset people or made them want more, I actually really am. But that story was never intended to have a sequel, and having a sequel would defeat the message of it anyway. But I literally feel harassed by this and I feel like it's only going to get worse
If I see one more comment like that I'll probably throw up. I don't want to write today. I don't even think I'll move any of my fanfics over today. At least not until much later. I know it doesn't affect their lives in any way, but it makes me feel a little bit better that I have control in that area
I don't know how it works but would it help if you included an author's note on the original fanfic saying there won't be a sequel? Or that you won't be working on it anymore.
I think to do that I have to put up a new version of the story which will delete the favourites on it. Or does it not? I have no clue, I know tons of people have edited stories on FanFiction.net before without losing anything but others have so I'm not sure if I'm willing to risk it
