I had to get the iPod from my baby brother’s room earlier and he slid it down the front of his pants and told me to go get it then if I wanted it, knowing full-well I’d have to touch his crotch to get it. I told Mom on him and luckily the little pervert got in trouble

He’s done stuff like spy on me changing and showering and groping my chest and making sexually-perverse comments about my body/appearance and offering for me to have sex with him. I’ve also caught him wearing my clothes a lot. He is absolutely disgusting but nothing Mom does really helps
This anime is truly the definition of ‘boy that escalated quickly’ went from a light-hearted series about losers accidentally making a time machine from their microwave to accidentally destroying the entire world as they know it
I swear I’m losing my mind. I swear that I saw Nil Adamirai on either FUNimation or Crunchyroll when I was scrolling through once. Mom even saw it too and commented on it. But I looked for it last night and it wasn’t on Crunchyroll. I went through all possible genera on FUNimation; it wasn’t under romance or shoujo like the other anime based off dating simulators are. I tried slice-of-life, not there, fantasy, nope, drama, no, and action/adventure. The remaining genera there is no feasible way it’d be under, but Mom says you never know with FUNimation. I kinda wish they had some sort of historical category; it would most definitely be under there

OhhWell, that sounds like the beginning of an over the top comedy. Almost like something Rick Riordan would write
It actually starts out that way, but as the anime goes along it very quickly becomes more and more disturbing as they start to change bigger and bigger things in the present/future

It takes place in the mid-1910’s and is basically about a noble family that fell into ruin and shame when their only son and heir, the MC’s brother, randomly set himself on fire one day and died, leaving behind only a journal. MC is shocked more than most because her brother was her best friend and she knew him better than anyone and never thought him the type to do such a thing. She and the journal are taken into custody by a group of investigators who are actually librarians in charge of these magical books that can manipulate the emotions of the reader. They believe her brother was under the influence of one and thus need her help to solve the case. She agrees and begins the long task of reading through her brother’s journal, learning disturbing secrets of his and realizing she never really knew him at all. The original game was obviously a mystery as you helped your character decode the journal and figure out why your brother committed suicide as well as romance one of the investigators

I remember being shocked when I learned the game was rated M since from what I’ve heard there’s nothing in it that really warrants it? Maybe the journal descriptions because they are pretty gruesome and sexual but they’re not shown in any detail, just explained. I don't know I just feel like they were a bit too generous with the rating. But maybe the anime could shed some light on that
My baby brother threw a fit and didn't let me have the iPod back for an hour or two as I wait for Mom to put the boys to bed and we can watch more TV. So now I'm on the laptop. I'm not really mad about that, I'm mad about his attitude towards it. He can find something to do for two hours....I can't especially since the laptop is only really good for RPing and stuff, but nobody who I RP with is even on. My mom and I finished watching Steins;Gate last night. It’s ineligible to count as I specifically stated I wouldn’t count any anime I started watching with my mom since I know we’ll finish those on her own time. Still I wanted to say something. We have no idea what we’re going to finish next though

(view spoiler) Gasper’s backstory was the saddest in the series for me. I know a lot of people find Asia’s sad but she was manipulated into thinking she was doing something good. Gasper is innocent throughout his entire story, his only crime is his species. And his backstory is also just more traumatic I think

I think watching your best friend get molested, your house burned down, and then getting staked as you try to crawl away is more traumatic than being chained to a wall naked to try and summon a demon lol
