I don't know if it's bad to say or not but really the only part of severe weather season I look forward to are all the pictures of clouds and such that we get afterwards. I remember this time in 2016 the Midwest got a really bad outbreak of severe weather and some of the pictures were from my state which is actually pretty rare. One of the ones I remember the most was a picture of the girls' soccer team from my high school standing around a bus talking because their away game had been cancelled due to weather, and the sky was this super dark black colour that made it look like night from all of the storm clouds. (It was only four in the afternoon when the picture was taken) There was another picture from Greenwood of really large hail but I forgot how big it was exactly.
Me: "I should go to the library today and get something to eat! I wasn't able to go to the library for a few days so I have to make up for lost time!" Weather: "Lol nah girl"
I can't stop listening to the new Chris Brown song which is ironic because I was originally really resistant to listening to it but YouTube as well as actual people kept telling me to listen to it, I'd love it and I finally gave it a try this morning because the worst that could happen was I wouldn't like it but oh my gosh I really love it lol it's pretty much a song I would write if I were a song-writer
Hmmm, it's weird how they haven't issued a Particularly Dangerous Situation tornado watch yet. I mean, I'm not saying I actually want that, but with the way things are shaping up and the urgency of all the other watches, not to mention they're under a Moderate Risk right now, you'd think they'd at least be discussing the probability. It sounds like they're going to get really destructive tornadoes.

And they're not going to turn the watches into a Particularly Dangerous Situation??? That sounds like it's really dangerous to me. They haven't even discussed it.

Since I have nothing else to do and severe weather is on the brain....buckle in for another severe weather story kids Today I'll tell you all the story of the time my state was put under High Risk, which is the absolute highest risk level for severe weather you can go. It is only used for tornado outbreaks, however this time, meteorologists were extremely confident in using it because of the massive wind/tornado threat.
It was back in November in 2013. Mom had to go to work for the day and left me alone with my brothers and a few hours after she left, a thunderstorm cropped up. I was really afraid due to my last experience with severe weather, but I figured it would be okay. Of course I didn't check the weather since I didn't really think it was necessary and I didn't want my brothers to freak out. Mom randomly called me in the afternoon because of how bad the storm had gotten and told me she might be a few hours late in coming home because her manager were keeping employees late for their safety. She said they were currently hiding in the big refrigerator. I hung up and looked outside.
The sky was a light greenish-yellow and pretty cloudy. The clouds looked swirly, not really rotating but they kinda looked like when you whip up batter for cookies or something. The wind was really bad. My city got the fastest gust recorded in that storm; a hundred miles an hour which is hurricane force I think. Trees were literally being bent in half before my eyes. I heard a tornado siren and instantly checked the weather then, there was a tornado that touched down and naturally I freaked out.
I got a bunch of blankets and stuffed them in the bathtub and ordered my brothers to hide inside underneath the blankets with their heads covered(our apartment didn't have a basement or any closets) They actually listened, for a few minutes anyway. There was no room in the bathtub for me but I wasn't really worried about my own safety, just theirs. I tried to call my best friend on the phone to calm down but I ended up accidentally calling a wrong number and hung up after apologizing. After that my brothers got bored and got out of the bathroom and started to whine from being bored. I checked the weather and learned the tornado turned around and instead hit Bedford, albeit it was right on the border of Bedford and my town and and at the time I lived fairly close to Bedford anyway. It was later rated as an EF1 but it didn't matter.
After that, the storm finally started to calm down and Mom came home a while later, and my brothers tried to tell her about me making them hide in the bathtub, but for once I didn't get in trouble since Mom thought I did the right thing.
And that's the story of the time my state was put under a High Risk. Mom said to this day that was the worst storm she's ever endured and I think it's the second-worst storm I've ever endured.
THat's terrifying.I think it's awesome how you looked after your brothers like that and tried remaining calm in front of them.

I was trying not to, but I was probably doing a poor job of it. After all, it had only been two years after we almost got hit by that EF2 tornado and I was terrified that event was about to repeat itself.

The new Chris Brown song is called Freaky Friday and is about a rapper not a lot of people know about switching bodies with Chris Brown and Chris Brown is desperately trying to figure out where his body went while the other rapper messes around and does stuff like take dick pics lol But it's like still a really party track and I can see people dancing to it in a club and honestly a song that's both funny and lit is my aesthetic for real

Mom's watching a new anime and she is adamant about me not getting spoiled for it so she gave me her headphones and iPod and told me I had to listen to music so I don't hear spoilers or else I'll be in trouble lol
My mom says other people shouldn't be so worried about the severe weather in my state and I agreed with her for once lol
Mom came into my room earlier and told me we just have to watch this one anime on Netflix because, in her own words: "There's a villain in it and he's literally all of your favourite characters smashed into one. He's a psycho and he looks like a little boy and he rides on a skateboard and has paint on his face and wears mismatched socks with a skirt! And he's always kissing and licking things and you know you love that! And the huge kicker is his fight scene, you'll love his fight scene. You'll think he's so hot that you'll start to cry!" Lol

Okay, I will admit this is kinda funny: I was telling her how I have problems with boys, and I bent down to pick something up, and a boy bumped into me as well. You know that splat they use in animes to show how two people crash into each other? I swear that happened with us. Then, I pointed after him and said "See?!" Then, I told some of my friends in Science, and somebody overheard, and he said, "Oh, so you are a lesbian, then?" I swear, I'm not one! I happen to have two crushes on boys! Kids are so stupid these days...
My mom went into a random tangent about how annoyed she is that a lot of anime characters are virgins because she doesn't think it's very realistic and I feel like that's a really random thing to take issue with lol Like I feel like it's either not relevant to the actual story or it's just not important to know about the characters, I personally don't really care. Like that would be really awkward to just drop into a conversation in most shows, like 'as you guys know I'm not a virgin'
I found the old severe weather records for my area and for some reason I can't remember any of the ones for my city?? But like one from last year I actually walked outside in, but I retain literally no memory of it. The only event from last year that I remember was from November 18th and the only reason I remember that is because of my mom being hospitalized. Literally, for once, the last thing on my mind was the weather. In fact, I was using how severe the weather was to distract myself.
So uhhhh...it didn't really storm here yesterday. It just got super cloudy, rained a bit hard, there was some thunder, really fast winds, all in the morning, and then it stopped. It remained pretty cloudy for the rest of the day but no storms.
I might've mentioned this before but there's this girl on this site whose opinion I cannot stand, nor do I respect it. And I dislike how a lot of my friends respect her opinion and think she actually knows what she's talking about. Maybe she does, but she lost all of my respect because of her pompous, self-assured attitude. She's pretty much like 'if you don't read really obscure, foreign novels, then don't even bother talking to me' and how is that not an elitist point of view? She's also of the mindset that only foreigners know how to write, which is also pretty elitist because I've read plenty of foreign authors and knowing how to write a good story is not only subjective, but is about talent, not about where you come from historically or geographically.
One of her reviews said: "I can't believe a foreigner wrote this!!! It's written so terribly!!!" Hate to break it to you, sweetheart, but foreigners are people too and they either have a talent for writing, or not. Personally, I think all foreign authors are good for are offering different points of view in contemporary or historical novels, but most foreign authors I know write fantasy and stuff like that anyway, so it's irrelevant.
She also kinda has the air of 'it's okay for me to like Asian stuff because I'm Asian, but it's racist if non-Asians are into it,' which I honestly don't even want to touch. Yeah there are racist and annoying people who ruin other peoples' cultures, but simply being into something from another country isn't necessarily bad. And I don't like the way she phrases it either because she makes Asia sound like a monolith when it's not, but yet she gets mad when other people do that? Hypocrite.
She also hates all sorts of YA lit which is something else I don't want to touch because I understand not liking a certain genera, but to keep blatantly insulting the people who enjoy it without giving any real reason other than 'most of it is trashy and offensive' and then not going into why you think it's trashy and offensive is pretty bad.
I could go on and on about her but even just thinking about her exhausts me. She is probably the reviewer on this site I hate the absolute most because she has such a bad attitude and thinks she's above it all. Look, I act like I'm above it all too, but at least I'm not trashing other peoples' tastes or acting like a hypocrite. I can't believe people, including some friends on here I actually trust and respect the opinions of, keep trying to validate her opinion. The few times I've seen her on my homepage because someone liked one of her reviews, my whole entire day has been ruined.
And people can call me out, call me a hypocrite or whatever all they want, I don't really care. I legit hate the way she acts and carries herself and I just don't understand why people, whom she keeps insulting the tastes of, keep trying to validate her and back her up.

Lol my middle brother brought home some lemonade that has a huge warning on the back that says it hasn't been pasteurized and can cause serious illnesses in certain people
I've actually eaten lots of unpasteurized stuff. There's a lot of it in town. I mean restaurants and chain stores like Kroger don't have stuff like that for obvious reasons but specialty stores/restaurants in town like BloomingFoods and the farmers' market have tons of unpasteurized stuff that I buy and eat or drink. I think it tastes a lot better but it makes my stomach hurt. And Mom strictly limits the amounts that I eat because she says I'll get sick from it. My favourite is the unpasteurized cheese we get from the farmers' market because it literally tastes so good it'll make you cry. I usually eat it with crackers or the bread we also get from the farmers' market. I secretly eat it by itself because Mom doesn't let me eat it without it on anything.
I threw up....for once I don't really want to get into the details of it but know it was really chunky and orangish-greenish-brown...it was mainly chicken nuggets but I couldn't help but to notice the tortilla chips I had earlier were also mixed in there which means I've literally thrown up everything in my stomach plus bile aside from the hot chocolate I drank earlier. It was so chunky and some of it got on the toilet seat but I feel too weak to clean it up....
My throat still hurts from it.

I've never made someone actually wet themselves, but I have distracted people when they've said they've had to pee. Some of them caught onto what I was doing, others didn't but still managed to go to the bathroom anyway.

My mom wondered why so many clothes and towels in the washing machine would smell like pee when I was in middle school, or why the floor next to the toilet would smell like pee constantly. She honestly thought it was from my dad though lol
19. Has someone ever watched you while you’re peeing? (on purpose, or without you realising)
I used to film myself peeing and let people watch, does that count?
20. If you had an accident around your friends or relatives, would you be embarrassed?
Not really. I think they would be understanding of me and probably think I was sick, and honestly if I have an accident at this point in time I'm either sick or extremely stressed out.
