Mom: "You just don't have a gaydar,"
Me: "What's that?"
Mom: "It means you can tell a person is gay just by looking at them for the first time,"
Me: "Well then I must be an embarrassment to the gay community, seeing as how I'm gay myself!"

It's going to be pretty hot but I don't want to get out a whole new outfit when I already have one planned so.....

Weather: "Lol nah girl"

* HAZARDS...
Widespread damaging winds, some hurricane force
A few intense tornadoes
Widespread large hail, some baseball size
And they're not going to turn the watches into a Particularly Dangerous Situation??? That sounds like it's really dangerous to me. They haven't even discussed it.

Today I'll tell you all the story of the time my state was put under High Risk, which is the absolute highest risk level for severe weather you can go. It is only used for tornado outbreaks, however this time, meteorologists were extremely confident in using it because of the massive wind/tornado threat.
It was back in November in 2013. Mom had to go to work for the day and left me alone with my brothers and a few hours after she left, a thunderstorm cropped up. I was really afraid due to my last experience with severe weather, but I figured it would be okay. Of course I didn't check the weather since I didn't really think it was necessary and I didn't want my brothers to freak out. Mom randomly called me in the afternoon because of how bad the storm had gotten and told me she might be a few hours late in coming home because her manager were keeping employees late for their safety. She said they were currently hiding in the big refrigerator. I hung up and looked outside.
The sky was a light greenish-yellow and pretty cloudy. The clouds looked swirly, not really rotating but they kinda looked like when you whip up batter for cookies or something. The wind was really bad. My city got the fastest gust recorded in that storm; a hundred miles an hour which is hurricane force I think. Trees were literally being bent in half before my eyes. I heard a tornado siren and instantly checked the weather then, there was a tornado that touched down and naturally I freaked out.
I got a bunch of blankets and stuffed them in the bathtub and ordered my brothers to hide inside underneath the blankets with their heads covered(our apartment didn't have a basement or any closets) They actually listened, for a few minutes anyway. There was no room in the bathtub for me but I wasn't really worried about my own safety, just theirs. I tried to call my best friend on the phone to calm down but I ended up accidentally calling a wrong number and hung up after apologizing. After that my brothers got bored and got out of the bathroom and started to whine from being bored. I checked the weather and learned the tornado turned around and instead hit Bedford, albeit it was right on the border of Bedford and my town and and at the time I lived fairly close to Bedford anyway. It was later rated as an EF1 but it didn't matter.
After that, the storm finally started to calm down and Mom came home a while later, and my brothers tried to tell her about me making them hide in the bathtub, but for once I didn't get in trouble since Mom thought I did the right thing.
And that's the story of the time my state was put under a High Risk. Mom said to this day that was the worst storm she's ever endured and I think it's the second-worst storm I've ever endured.

I think it's awesome how you looked after your brothers like that and tried remaining calm in front of them.

I think it's awesome how you looked after your brothers like that and tried remaining calm in front of them."
I started freaking out though, and they didn't even listen to me after a while. They should be grateful nothing bad actually happened.

But it's like still a really party track and I can see people dancing to it in a club and honestly a song that's both funny and lit is my aesthetic for real

Lol

"Wake up, Big Sister...don't make me stab you! Were you dreaming about other boys again? Maybe I should sew your mouth shut, hm?"
"Princess! Princess! Wake up, Your Highness! Wake up, Your Highness!"
"Time for you to wake up, Big Sister! You have to walk me to school! If you don't get up, I'll tickle you! Tickle tickle tickle!!!"
"Time for your morning cream, Big Sister! Maybe if you do a good job, I'll go down on you afterwards...~"
"Ohhhh, Big Sister...I don't feel very good," *cough cough* "I have to stay home from school...want to give me some medicine? Mom says you have to take care of me..."
"Up and at 'em, Big Sister! The zombies won't fight themselves, so get your lazy butt out of bed and let's go kick some zombie butt!"
"I'm the beautiful magical boy, Strawberry Sugar Kiss! I'm here to get my good-luck kiss before I go off to fight crime! Oh, Big Sister, are your panties wet? Such a naughty girl you are!"

https://storywrite.com/journals/by/Li...
That is the full list, the last one on that page is the very first one I wrote and then you go up from there.
Ugh, they embarrass me so much now.....

I was telling her how I have problems with boys, and I bent down to pick something up, and a boy bumped into me as well. You know that splat they use in animes to show how two people crash into each other? I swear that happened with us. Then, I pointed after him and said "See?!" Then, I told some of my friends in Science, and somebody overheard, and he said, "Oh, so you are a lesbian, then?" I swear, I'm not one! I happen to have two crushes on boys! Kids are so stupid these days...

She's pretty much like 'if you don't read really obscure, foreign novels, then don't even bother talking to me' and how is that not an elitist point of view? She's also of the mindset that only foreigners know how to write, which is also pretty elitist because I've read plenty of foreign authors and knowing how to write a good story is not only subjective, but is about talent, not about where you come from historically or geographically.
One of her reviews said: "I can't believe a foreigner wrote this!!! It's written so terribly!!!" Hate to break it to you, sweetheart, but foreigners are people too and they either have a talent for writing, or not. Personally, I think all foreign authors are good for are offering different points of view in contemporary or historical novels, but most foreign authors I know write fantasy and stuff like that anyway, so it's irrelevant.
She also kinda has the air of 'it's okay for me to like Asian stuff because I'm Asian, but it's racist if non-Asians are into it,' which I honestly don't even want to touch. Yeah there are racist and annoying people who ruin other peoples' cultures, but simply being into something from another country isn't necessarily bad. And I don't like the way she phrases it either because she makes Asia sound like a monolith when it's not, but yet she gets mad when other people do that? Hypocrite.
She also hates all sorts of YA lit which is something else I don't want to touch because I understand not liking a certain genera, but to keep blatantly insulting the people who enjoy it without giving any real reason other than 'most of it is trashy and offensive' and then not going into why you think it's trashy and offensive is pretty bad.
I could go on and on about her but even just thinking about her exhausts me. She is probably the reviewer on this site I hate the absolute most because she has such a bad attitude and thinks she's above it all. Look, I act like I'm above it all too, but at least I'm not trashing other peoples' tastes or acting like a hypocrite. I can't believe people, including some friends on here I actually trust and respect the opinions of, keep trying to validate her opinion. The few times I've seen her on my homepage because someone liked one of her reviews, my whole entire day has been ruined.
And people can call me out, call me a hypocrite or whatever all they want, I don't really care. I legit hate the way she acts and carries herself and I just don't understand why people, whom she keeps insulting the tastes of, keep trying to validate her and back her up.

stanbrak:
secret admirer: do you usually admire someone from afar or ask them on a date upfront?
Depends. I'm usually really nervous about letting people know my feelings but if I'm determined enough I'll let them know.
red roses: what’s the last thing you gave someone for valentine’s day?
I think I gave one of my friends a card? I don't remember to be honest. None of my friends really celebrate Valentine's Day.
box of chocolates: are you single? if so, what would you say the best thing about being single is?
Yup, I'm single. And I suppose the fact you don't have to keep tabs on someone else? Not in a jealous way but like if I had a boyfriend or girlfriend I'd constantly be worried everytime they went on a trip or something that they'd get hurt.
love letters: are you a cheesy lovey dovey person?
Heck yeah! I love really cheesy romantic stuff. I eat stuff like that up. I love things like pet names and really childish gifts.
bouquet: have you ever dated someone twice?
Nope.
red: would you date your friend’s ex?
I don't know who her ex is, but maybe.
date: have you ever stargazed with your s/o?
Nope.
hearts: did/do you write your crushes name in the margins of your books?
I did in elementary school.
love: have you ever fell in love at first sight?
I don't think so? I developed a crush on first sight but that's different from falling in love.
girls: what’s your favourite thing about dating girls?
Never dated a girl before but I would have to say the fact we both get to wear pretty dresses and jewelry!
kisses: where is your favourite place to be kissed? why?
My cheek because I feel like it says so little yet at the same time says so much.
teddy bears: are you clingy?
Yes....I hate that fact about myself because I know people hate clingy people so I usually end up just pushing people away instead...but in reality whenever someone is really nice and opens up to me I just never want them to leave.
heart eyes: do you send good morning and good night messages? if so, what do they say?
I used to, and they'd just be generic things like 'good morning baby!!!!' (for my boyfriend) and 'sleep well!!!'
rose petals: what is your favourite thing to do with your partner?
Watching something on TV, either something they pick or something I pick, eating some food and just talking as we watch.
crush: do you have a crush?
Nope.
confessions: if you could say anything to your crush right now, what would it be?
Don't have one.
gifts: do you prefer flowers or chocolates?
Chocolates!
smile: do you prefer soft kisses or making out?
Making-out because what's the point of dating if you can't go all out?
hand holding: would you date someone who wasn’t into physical affection?
Maybe, if I genuinely loved their personality. But at the same time, I would feel really anxious if I couldn't at least kiss them.
boys: what’s your favourite thing about dating boys
The way they want everything for the date to be perfect. They'll want to pay, hold open the door for me, and compliment me.
pink: what are your opinions on valentine’s day?
I actually really love Valentine's Day! I think it's very sweet and I enjoy making things for my friends. I often do fandom-related things too. What I don't like is how everyone insults couples, says it's commercial and such a heteronormative holiday like damn bitch someone just got dumped.
blushing: are you good at making people flustered?
I wish. Maybe I am and I just don't realize it?
whipped: have you ever embarrassed yourself in front of your s/o or crush? if yes, tell us about it
Wasn't exactly in front of her, but she walked by when I was having a conversation with my table at lunch and I yelled out super loudly: "But the cake is a total stomach bomb! I'd give it to you. I'd give it anybody just to prove that it's a stomach bomb!" Not really embarrassing but it's really weird out-of-context lol
romance: how many times do you say ‘i love you’ a day
I never say it.
mixtape: has anyone ever made you a mixtape? if yes, what was your favourite song on it?
Nobody's ever made me a mixtape.

1. What do you search for in a partner?
Someone kind, smart, understanding, generous, creative, fashionable,
2. What do you hate about relationships?
Always worrying about where my partner is and what they're doing since I'm worried about something bad to happen to them. Also, they expect you to spend money on them and I don't have any of that.
3. What do you like about relationships?
Always having someone you can rely on, who loves you genuinely in spite of all your flaws.
4. Do you get jealous easily?
Yes, actually, because I know there are far better choices than me out there.
5. Have you ever had a jealous partner?
My ex would always get jealous whenever I talked about other girls around him, even if it was in a non-romantic or non-sexual way.
6. Where is the best place to go for a date?
Someplace fun, like an arcade, movie theater, roller rink, or a waterpark.
7. Where is the worst place to go for a date?
Someplace only one of you wanted to go, i.e. it was obvious you wanted to go and used your date as an excuse to say 'see, I just really wanted to take you'.
8. What is the best thing to do on date?
Just spending time with each other is enough for me.
9. Describe the worst date you've ever been on.
Never been on a bad date....
10. Which is more attractive: a naturally attractive person or a person who puts in the effort to be attractive?
A naturally-attractive person. People who have to make themselves look attractive often have to try too hard and end up looking ugly.
11. What is the best gift you have ever received for Valentine's day?
My ex-boyfriend made me several cards every year that featured my favourite couples or ships with chocolates and flowers.
12. Be honest- are you the type to forget anniversaries?
I think I would really remember them. I remembered all of the ones for my ex and I.
13. When was the last time you got angry at someone you loved?
When I found out my ex had cheated on me and wasn't even trying to act guilty about it.
14. When was the last time someone you loved made you sad?
I feel like I'm always sad at the people I love....
15. When is it okay to be impulsive in a relationship?
I don't think it's ever okay to be impusive, even if both people are ready. Things need to be taken slowly and both people need a lot of understanding in a relationship.
16. What is the best way to break up with someone?
Invite them over to your house and let them off gently.
17. What is the best way to ask someone out?
Just suggest doing something with them, something you think you'd both like.
18. Have you ever been asked to homecoming or prom? What was it like?
Nobody asked me to either. My friends wanted me to go to Senior Prom with them though.
19. Do you like planning dates or do you just go with the flow?
I love planning dates! I want to make sure everything goes smoothly.
20. Do you believe you are high maintenance? If not, why not?
I probably am because of how demanding and bratty I can be.
21. Which is better: a lover who cares too much or a lover that cares too little?
I'd much rather get smothered by attention then get ignored.
22. Do you believe playing hard to get is necessary?
Not really, it can actually be pretty annoying.
23. Which of these do you prefer: an assertive partner or a submissive partner?
Submissive? But at the same time I woudn't want them to become afraid of me....
24. Does true love exist? Can you love someone fully despite all of his/her flaws?
I think I could, but I haven't really been given that chance before.
25. Are your standards "too high?"
Probably? I can't help it if I at least want the person to be rich.
26. Have you ever fallen in love?
Not really.
27. Is there an ideal age for marriage? What is it, if there is?
I think people should be allowed to get married whenever they want.
28. What are your thoughts on arranged marriages?
Is it bad if I say I like them? I can understand the problems of them but if you can't find your own match, why not leave it to your parents?
29. When was the last time you got rejected by someone you liked?
Back in my freshman year when my crush told me she wasn't interested in me.
30. When was the last time you rejected someone who liked you?
In my youth group, one of the teens I also went to school with developed a crush on me. She asked me out several times and wrote me love letters. I eventually told her I wasn't interested but she took it pretty well, to be honest. That was about two years ago, I believe.
31. Have you ever been cheated on?
Yes.
32. Have you ever cheated on someone?
Nope.
33. What are your thoughts on sex before marriage?
I personally don't really care. If two people think they're ready to take that extra step, then that's their business.
34. Do you know the difference between asexuality and demisexuality?
Yeah, demisexuality is not wanting any sort of romantic or sexual relationship until one really knows a person, and asexuality is not being interested in any sexual contact whatsoever.
35. What is the best relationship advice you have ever been given?
"You're still young."
36. Are you a heartbreaker or the heartbroken?
The heartbroken.
37. Can you love someone without knowing anything about his/her past?
I think so. Most people aren't really very shady so I'd be okay with it.
38. Is the phrase "I love you" used too loosely? When should it be used?
It should be used when you really truly mean it.
39. When was the last time you said "I love you" to someone?
I don't even remember anymore.
40. Are you the person who says "I love you" first or the type to wait for your significant other to say it?
I've said it first before. I want the other to know exactly how I feel about them.
41. Have you met your significant other? If not, where do you think you will meet your significant other?
I haven't met them yet. College maybe?
42. Imagine if the people you knew in real life were the only people you could marry. Could you be satisfied marrying any of these people?
I think I'd be satisified, they're my friends and I trust them.
43. Do you give second chances?
Depends on what the person did originally.
44. Have you ever been given a second chance?
Not in love.

When I was really little, like three years old, my mom used to babysit these girls when they came home from school because their mom was our neighbor and she didn't get off work until later in the afternoon. The girls were twins and were like eleven or twelve years old. They mainly ignored me because of my age, although the nicer twin would sometimes let me chase her around the house. One day when they arrived, our plumbing wasn't working and I honestly can't remember why. They normally used the bathroom when they arrived but Mom told them they'd have to wait. She suggested we all go outside and sit on the porch and we did. Someone made cookies for the girls and I was doing normal three-year-old things and playing with a bush, bending the branches back and forth. A huge wasp flew by and started bothering the girls because they had cookies and Mom said so, and one of the girls wet herself as she ran away from the wasp. It was right in front of me and even though she didn't seem very bothered by the whole thing, something inside of me clicked that day. I've been told I started liking the fetish at a very young age, as the average age for this sort of thing tends to be seven or eight.
2. What do you enjoy the most about it?
Probably the sensation. The feeling of relief, and if you're wetting yourself, how warm it feels when it goes down your legs. I also love the contrast of cold water-warm urine or hot water-cold urine.
3. Do you prefer to see men peeing, women peeing or both?
Both, technically, but I vastly prefer women. I am extremely picky over what guys I want to see peeing.
4. Have you ever peed on someone else? (A lover or a friend, by accident)
Nope.
5. Do you like to pee yourself or do you prefer to see others peeing?
I'd prefer to see others doing it. I used to do it myself, but it's messy and I've done pretty much everything you can possibly do with urine. It got boring after a while.
6. Have you ever peed yourself? (By accident or on purpose)
I have, both purposefully and accidentally, many times.
7. Has anyone ever peed on you?
No.
8. What was the longest time that you’ve ever held your bladder? And did you make it to the bathroom?
Thirteen hours, and I did make it, actually.
9. Have you ever had a public accident?
Nope.
10. Have you ever peed outside or in public?
I have! A lot of times, actually. Peeing outside is one of my favourite things to do.
11. Have you ever been desperate even though you didn’t intend to be?
Sometimes I misjudge how badly I have to go, or I get too busy and keep being unable to use the bathroom.
12. Have you ever wet the bed?
No, I actually haven't.
13. Have you ever had an accident because you were scared?
Nope.
14. Have you ever seen someone else wet themselves in public?
No, I actually haven't. I've seen people desperate in public though.
15. Have you ever made someone else wet themselves? (By scaring them, buying them drinks or distracting them so that they couldn’t go to the bathroom)
I've never made someone actually wet themselves, but I have distracted people when they've said they've had to pee. Some of them caught onto what I was doing, others didn't but still managed to go to the bathroom anyway.
16. Have you ever peed somewhere that you shouldn’t have because you needed to go?
Not since I was little.
17. Have you ever peed somewhere you shouldn’t have because you wanted to?
Yes! I've peed outside, in bottles, in buckets, on towels, on the floor...
18. Have you ever been caught peeing yourself, or peeing somewhere where you shouldn’t?
My mom wondered why so many clothes and towels in the washing machine would smell like pee when I was in middle school, or why the floor next to the toilet would smell like pee constantly. She honestly thought it was from my dad though lol
19. Has someone ever watched you while you’re peeing? (on purpose, or without you realising)
I used to film myself peeing and let people watch, does that count?
20. If you had an accident around your friends or relatives, would you be embarrassed?
Not really. I think they would be understanding of me and probably think I was sick, and honestly if I have an accident at this point in time I'm either sick or extremely stressed out.
