~Look Down, You're Talking to Your Highness~[R]

Jun Fukuyama would've been better because Tamatoa is the kind of character he's famous for playing, and his singing style would've fit the flow of the song so much better.

10. BloomingDreamix
My most fave Winx ever is Bloom 😍 My second fave is Musa. ☺
Yes I got my person for the Winx Club exchange!!
I'm thinking about writing a quick little thing about Bloom and Musa playing music together, like for lessons or something. They did have a band in the fourth and fifth seasons, so it wouldn't be that strange.

My Worst Books of 2017 list was really hard this year because unlike last year, most of the stuff I read was just boring. It wasn't painful or dull to sit through, like last year's picks, which physically hurt me. But it's not very exciting nor fair to just put a bunch of boring books on a list like that, so I had to really consider my choices this year. So this year my list is:
5. Wentworth Hall: Poorly-written, too fast-paced, very clearly churned-out for money, and has a lot of inaccuracies about the time period that shouldn't be made by a supposed expert in that field.
4. Frostblood: Dull, boring, very cliche and by-the-books. I zoned out so hard during various parts of this book and I should NEVER zone out while reading a book. However it did have interesting and unique ideas thrown in, which automatically makes it better than the other books on this list.
3. The Traitor's Kiss: So boring this was the first book I ever thought seriously about DNF. It also reminded me why I hate books about espionage.
2. Crystal Blade: The day this author actually cares about writing a gorgeous book about Imperial Ukraine is the day I abandon all my love for that nation and start caring about Victorian England. AKA, never.
1. The Orphan Queen: This was the closest I felt to physical pain from reading all year, and this was back in February! Really the only saving grace of this book was the beautiful writing style.
(Dis)Honorable Mentions: The Morning Star(**), The Captive Maiden(**), Legend(**), Iron Cast(***), Snow Like Ashes(***)
~~~~~
I predicted almost all of my Best Books of 2017 list and where they would fall. It was fairly hard because I read sooooo many good books this year, but I think I'm satisfied with my current placement.
5. The Shadow Queen: A really unique retelling of Snow White that was easily one of the best fantasy books I read this year, even if I was literally one of the only people to think so.
4. The Dragon's Price: A unique book about dragons with great characters. The cover is fugly though.
3. Caraval: This easily was the trippest yet prettiest writing style I had come across this year, plus I really liked how a lot of the stuff at Caraval actually worked. The ideas themselves weren't new, but were being presented in a new way.
2. The Glittering Court: Oh, gorgeous dresses and eligible bachlorettes in Victorian England! So beautifully described! What's not to love?
1. The Scorpion Rules: I actually went back and forth over this and #2 for this spot, but I think this one is more rightfully earned. It was a way more unique idea with really unexpected turns, characters, and a much funnier voice.
Honorable Mentions: Swan Riders, A Court of Thorns and Roses(both have five stars)
Me: "Is this what I think it is?"
Me: *looks up game's name and can find no evidence of any guys in this game*
Me: "IS THIS WHAT I THINK IT IS?!"
Game Synopsis: *talks all about a boy and all of the girls he's around*
Me: "Wait, what?"
Me: *goes back to game's website*
Game website: "The main character is very girly and loves crossdressing! He loves being around pretty girls!"
Me: ".....Actually I still want to play this,"
Mom: "They can't all be bad,"
Me: "Well.....no....but aside from one they're all pretty much the same game. They're all bright and colorful and happy and innocent where you go shopping and gardening and reading and you try on clothes and eat sweet things and you're almost always a princess!"
Mom: "But Elizabeth, you love shopping and pretty dresses and princesses!"
Me: "Yeah....but as a princess, your most important job is making an heir, and again, aside from one series, none of these games have sex in them! They're all rated E! And what's the point of making a dating simulator if you can't get all of the rewards? And while not every dating simulator has to be like that, there should still be a variety,"
Mom: "What about the girls? A lot of those games made horrible animes with bad main characters, but they have good personalities in the games, right?"
Me: "No! Aside from one, all of the girls have the same nice, dull, bland personality where they're super friendly and helpful towards everyone and everything and has pretty much nothing going on inside their heads, even if they're like an engineer or something, and even if they're in a bad or dangerous situation. And you have to name them all, which just adds even more to the whole bland aura,"
Mom: "So basically they're boring and bland?"
Me: "Yes! This is why I prefer dating simulators for boys, because at least you can have both the cutesy scenes AND the sex scenes!"
Mom: "Didn't you say that a lot of those are objectifying to women though?"
Me: "Well these are objectifying to women too, just in a different way. I wish there existed one where you were a kind but snarky princess who loves shopping and sweets and dresses but also isn't afraid to give her boyfriend fun in their bed,"
Mom: "So Yui Komori from Diabolik Lovers?"
Me: "You see my point!?"
I've never seen a dating simulator for guys. Then again i dknt really *look*
They're like....everywhere. They're way better because they actually show you sex scenes.
Ill look at the spoiler and ((if tou want me to)) comment when I get home.
I can only hope Firefox works on the laptop.
Today hasn't been very good for me.
WHat sort of problems?
Mom: "But was the hentai good?"
Me: "Yeah..."
Mom: "Then you spent your time well,"
We have pictures of that birthday and someone took a picture of the face I made after I tasted the candle lol
How might your interent be gone? If you're referring to net neutrality then that's going to be corporations extorting sites, not shutting down people's internet.
At Wendys once it was teally busy because one person was at the register amd she was also making food, so she apologised and gave me a medium frosty. I assured her it was fine and I knew how hard being understaffed can be.
I even gave her my receipt so she could make sure my order was right.
Also, if there are no customers they'd be out of a job so they should *really* be nicer *Shrugs*
It was an article asking if social media and smartphones worsen depression, and someone responded with: "Is the violent political, cultural, and economic landscape making young people unhappy? No, it's gotta be technology!"
Which comment do you hate?"
I hate that person's response. I think technology actually does have a part to play in worsening things like depression. Society definitely takes the biggest blame, but we can't outrule technology.
Or maybe it's just my petty ass getting upset when I see people my age going out and having fun with their friends on social media.
But I definitely think society itself causes the most issues, at least for me.
He is most famous for voicing over-the-top flamboyant characters who think their beauty makes them better than everyone else. AND he is a rock star; he plays electric guitar and sings extremely well!!!
