Tomorrow and Sunday are Enhanced Risk Days!!!! It's so high on the severe weather chart.....I hate this......I had to cancel everything I had planned for the weekend. 
If you cancel out the 5/High Risk rating, as that's barely used, that's just one move away from the highest rating.
I realllllly hope the tornadoes aren't for our area. There has been cases of us receiving a severe weather warning like that with a tornado risk, but the tornado risk is usually for cities north of us like Kokomo and Greenwood, but since they're part of our radar, everyone gets the tornado risk. Usually in situations like that, we get hail, flooding, and strong winds. Our city actually doesn't have a history of that many tornadoes. I've only been able to find five reports of tornadoes for my city throughout history. So that's good news I suppose??
I'd say so, yeah.
Even when that really bad tornado outbreak happened in 2011, my city got a lot of severe thunderstorms that downed trees and power lines and destroyed buildings, but we never got any tornadoes like the rest of the state did.

Very true. Everywhere ((even on GR)) I'm shamed for liking feminine things. it needs to stop. People need to know that if you're not hurting anyone then it's okay to like something.If you ARE Hurting people and it's not like boxing or something, you need to stop.
And I hate being told to like masculine things because I'm a girl! That makes no sense!! Even when I was a tomboy, I still loved the color pink!
I can't wait until that inevitable point in my writing career when I'll have to write my book on WW2, I already know exactly what I'm going to talk about. I remember reading about Italy in WW2 and the contributions it made. As a lot of people know, when Italy was taken over by the Allies, it betrayed Germany and Japan and became an Ally. Germany didn't care very much, but the Japanese government was incredibly hurt by Italy's betrayal that they rounded up all the Italians living in Japan at the time and asked them if they were still loyal to the overthrown Italian king, who still supported the Axis, or the new Italian government, whom the Japanese believed betrayed them. If the Italians said they were still loyal to their king, they were released, but if they said they were loyal to the new Italian government, then the Japanese threw them into concentration camps and tortured them.
I was literally so fascinated by this because I had never heard of it before, and I knew I found the obscure WW2 topic I needed to write about. I have literally never seen another book, fiction or nonfiction, talking about this.
I see girls encouraged and praised for liking either masculine or feminine things ((not always both)). But boys are made fun of and called gay sissies ((somehow liking feminine things makes you attracted to other males-?)) and told they can't like it. To be a man they have to like cars and football and fishing and outdoors and grilling and they can't talk about their feelings and blah.
I've never seen girls encouraged to like feminine things. They're always told they're 'setting womens' rights back several years' if they dare to like pink or makeup and dresses, like that article was stating. Maybe it's just me who has actually encountered this in real life. I've told multiple stories of people judging me because I'm super girly.
i doubt it's just you, but i haven;t seen it. ONly boys being trashed.

I actually had to leave a fandom I was in at one point when I was younger because I was so sick of everyone's comments towards me and being super disrespectful because they claimed I wasn't 'cool' enough for the fandom just because I wore a bunch of pink and jewelry.

To be fair, a lot of Bronies actually are really creepy and weird. Case-in-point: I have to live with one. And I find his My Little Pony porn in the computer and I'm just like....ewwww

I have no idea why my middle brother even likes the show. His birthday present was seeing the movie in theaters, but he complained about how awful it was? He barely talks about the show and never finished it. I bet he just likes the porn of it.

I don't like it myself. I find it annoying but I find most bright cartoons annoying so that's not an "eww it's girly!" thing.

I've been looking at it since I was a teenager and I never got in trouble. There's a reviewer on YouTube I follow extensively. One of his friends is another famous reviewer in his circle and last night they did a new review together, and in that review, his friend revealed she was a Christian, and when she revealed that, I cringed. And then I had to ask myself, why did I cringe? That didn't change the fact I think she's a really funny and energetic individual. Her being a Christian has no effect on her as a person or on her own reviews, yet somehow I still can't see her in the same light I saw her in previously. I still love her to death, but now I have to think about the fact that Christianity has been ruined for me by all of those people who condone certain identities or choices or lifestyles and make it a personal goal to insult them and tear them down because they think it's the right thing to do. I have spent most of my life surrounded by these people and it's to the point where whenever I find out someone close to me, or someone I admire, is a Christian, I think of them differently.
They could be the nicest, smartest, non-judgmental person in the world, but the sheer fact that 99% of the religious people I have met have been the total opposite, my viewpoint is a bit tarnished, you know? And the fact that they are so confident that their viewpoint is the right one makes it all the worse.

It pains me you think that way about Christians and that you reject Christ, but that's not for me to concern. Unlike many people in the world, I try to be like Jesus and love everyone like he did. As Jesus was mocked, beaten and tortured to death, he asked God to forgive his persecutors. That is true love and that is what Christians should aspire to be. Actions speak louder than words after all.
