Uggggggh I just want to pick a species for him and get it over with already; once I have his species then I'll be able to pick an appearance and write out his history But I have absolutely no ideas and all I want to do now is bang my head against the wall

Mom said he could fuse with garbage and become Hedorah but I literally JUST made that character for the sister school and I don't want to do it again
I hate this so freaking much, I just want to cry because this is too much stress that I don't need. I didn't even want to make this character, and I feel like if I keep working on him I'm going to seriously hate him

Mom said he could fuse with cholera and be like a walking cholera bacteria and infect people with it. I didn't have the heart to tell her I already did something similar to that.
No, you already said you didn't want to make it, and I'm already this far into making the character. I'll just make him a freaking fruit fly or something.

Remake Professor Stein, or something else. I don't know, I could think up a few ideas.
I would actually be having fun making him if I had an idea that wasn't something I've done a million times before. Scientific experimentation is one of my favorite plots, so I don't know why I can't do this.
Mom said to think of all the animals, plants, and bacterias he could work with, and I said there was no way I could possibly research every single living thing on Earth!
But think about that, he could gradually be gaining powers and stuff as he continues to research.
So...like a chimera?
Now I'm just confused, isn't that what a chimera is? A mix of different creatures? So if he was gaining powers from everything he researched, he'd be a chimera.
But I'm thinking in terms of like the more he learns the more he can do, like a wizard or something.
I'm confused as to how that would even work? He's supposed to be a scientist, not a magician.
Ugh I don't know how to explain. He's not a magician, but a magician can do more when they know and understand more. That's the aspect his abilities share?
I guess....but there needs to be more to him than just that. That seems like it'd go along with his genius....ness.

I always thought a chimera was more a mix of different animals, not just those three.
A chimera is a mix of three animals, the most typical depiction being a lion, goat, and snake. I've also seen it with parts of eagle and stuff.
I guess I'll just do Mom's vampire bat idea, even though that would make him identical to my other vampires, so why not just make him an actual vampire. He can be trying to get really good night vision and accidentally puts in too much
My mom got annoyed with me asking her for ideas so she just threw an x-men book at me and I still have no idea what I'm supposed to do.

Mom said he could become half-rabbit and be really good at mating and having children. I don't know why a guy would make himself extremely virile, but it's better than nothing. Plus if he's really good at mating, then it would explain why he's had several girlfriends. Maybe I could splice the DNA with something else and make him half-rabbit and half-something else...
I was thinking a natural enthusiast who spends most of his time teaching outside to help students get visual aid. Might be a cloud cookoolander at times ((IDK how to spell it))
He's kinda already like that. He thinks science is the most important thing to him and is always saying his newest experiment will be a scientific breakthrough. He also says one isn't a true scientist unless they're fully ready to test what they've made.

Oooooh maybe he could experiment with rabbit fertility because his own mom was unable to have any more babies, so he wanted to help her? But the serum gets spilled on him accidentally, so he becomes half-rabbit himself. And because it was a fertility potion it could make him more feminine and he's always eating sweets to get his estrogen balanced like that one character in Bleach.

Not particularly. I'm not even sure if my idea would be allowed, since having the virility of a rabbit would make him want to....mate a lot.
So let me do it. I'm literally offering to take on that role that you express your laxk of desire to perform ;p
But I actually LIKE the idea of him being an eccentric scientist who has become something else to an experiment. I just don't know WHAT he could be.
