I have, and Mom just shrugged and said: "I don't care, if you don't like it, then that's your opinion,"
Elizabeth♛ Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) wrote: "Elizabeth♛ Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "Mom: "Oooooh we should watch Ready Player One when it comes out into theaters!!! It looks really good!" ..."Hm.
Well then I say just don't read the book unless you really really want to.
Elizabeth♛ Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "And you didn't read the book, you just read a plot summary on Wikipedia :P"Because one of my friends went to see the movie against her will and I wanted to see how terrifying it truly was and where would I get a copy of a book I didn't want to read at midnight? :p
I might actually go see the movie now...
That'll just prove nothing to her. She's just being stupid as usual. And I'm so sick of her hating on YA books. And what makes the movie version of Ready Player One better than the book?! If anything it'll be worse!
"Such wonderful tentacles...with hands like these I know you could reach them!"This show has some of the weirdest dialogue I have ever heard :p
I don't really think the book is supposed to be that scary, it's just supposed to be about the kids growing up.

Elizabeth♛ Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "I don't really think the book is supposed to be that scary, it's just supposed to be about the kids growing up."Stephen King is a horror writer. His writing is supposed to be scary.
Though I read one of his short stories and all it did was confuse me. And not in a "I don't understand what's going on" it was just like..."What just happened?" It sorta dropped off at the end.
And you probably weren't scared because A. you read a plot SUMMARY and B. you might not be easily scared. My mom gets scared easily.
So I have a question for you and I want a one word answer, with the answer either being "yes" or "no". I do NOT want details :pSeeing as this is a show and the good guys never ever EVER stop the bad guy before time runs out, I assume they don't find a way to kill "Sir" ((forgot the name they gave him)) until graduation?
Elizabeth♛ Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "And you probably weren't scared because A. you read a plot SUMMARY and B. you might not be easily scared. My mom gets scared easily."Oh I'm easily scared. I've read even shorter stories than that summary that still give me the chills years after reading them.
I'm just used to the kind of creatures ((some freakier IMO)) like Pennywise. It'd be a lot scarier if he was a normal person dressed like a clown because it'd be more realistic.
Buut he's some ancient demon and I've killed many of those before so meh
Hunter (Totally NOT a communist ☭) wrote: "No they DON'T find a way to kill him before then or no they DO find a way?"No, they DO find a way to kill him.
Elizabeth♛ Smart Girls Love Trashy Books♛ wrote: "But then the kids couldn't conquer their fears! None of them are scared of a guy in a clown suit."I would be!
I'm not a person who's afraid of clowns in general; i'm afraid of clowns who want to kill me :p

Ah okay

Then lucky Pennywise, he doesn't have to turn into anything extra for you :P
Really? I was hoping it'd be one of the students. I didn't really like Koro-sensei for most of the story, honestly lol
Well I haven't gotten to know the students much. I know the main dude is shy and lacking self confidence and...that's about it. They've given Koro-sensei a lot more character so far if you ask me.
Because the three main student characters are my most favorites in the series :P
Well I'm only on the second episode so that very well could change.
Usually you don't label the antagonist as the main character...ESPECIALLY when the whole plot is ending his life :p
HAHAHAHAHA SPOILERS :P Let's just say...Koro-sensei isn't who he says he is. Neither are the students.
