Ur Salem 1- p.6, Figure 1.3, Ep should be positive and NOT negative
2- p.25, Eq 1.65, there should be no "m" before "ZAA".
3. p. 30, x=r.sin(theta)cos(phi)
4. p. 30, Fig 1.13, u.sin(theta).d(phi)
