Sorry, Miranda, but publishers frequently re-use ISBNs. Goodreads policy is to keep the first edition added to the database with the ISBN. Subsequent editions are added as alternative cover editions.
Please check the editions to make sure your cover is not already listed, if its not, then post all the details incl access to the cover and we'll add it for you.

It has been listed as a paperback since it was added to Goodreads. The cover image was only showing up in some places, but I have corrected that.

I went through ALL the editions I could find on Goodreads, using the ISBN and couldn't find it.
That is not a site we can use for book covers and other info. If you can make a scan or take a photo of your copy, a so-called alternative cover edition can be added.
Miranda, you can't use the ISBN to search for your cover, as you already stated that the one on GR is not the same. GR can only have 1 book with that ISBN.
Well that is odd then, because there are several cover editions for many books with the same ISBN number.

The book listed under this ISBN is not the correct edition, it has the wrong cover and is not a hardback, it is a paperback. I can provide a picture of the cover if needed.
Can it be changed pleased.
