Is the ebook only available through Amazon?

Goodreads lists ebooks that are available through Amazon as Kindle editions with an ASIN.
Ebooks that are available elsewhere are listed as ebooks and generally have an isbn.

Merged the ebook edition into the Kindle edition since it is only available through Amazon.

Next time, please use format Kindle for ebooks that will be available only through Amazon.
