This is a long paranormal story which involves werewolves and mages. The Bennet sisters all have a magical power. Elizabeth communes with nature and has a healing touch for such...plants and animals benefit from her care...and a werewolf/dog is one of those in this tale. 4 stars

Happy Birthday...belated or otherwise. Enjoy your day.

Happy birthday Teresa! Hope you'd a great day!! 🍰🍷🎉😊

All the best to you for the hols.

So sorry to hear that you're sick. I think at this time of year our batteries are run down and we need Christmas to recharge them. You seem to be very busy so I think it wise that you prioritise 'you' next year....if you know what I mean. ☺️
Hope Christmas goes well for you and you get some 'me' time. I'll be thinking of you!

Teresa, do remember that we care about you and for you. I include you in my prayers at night. I am sure others do also. Take care of your self.
There's a lullaby that has a line included but here it is for you: "So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. We care about Teresa and she will not keep...( in other words...she needs immediate sleep)

Song for a Fifth Child
by Ruth Hulburt Hamilton
Mother, oh Mother, come shake out your cloth,
Empty the dustpan, poison the moth,
Hang out the washing and butter the bread,
Sew on a button and make up a bed.
Where is the mother whose house is so shocking?
She’s up in the nursery, blissfully rocking.
Oh, I’ve grown shiftless as Little Boy Blue
(Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo).
Dishes are waiting and bills are past due
(Pat-a-cake, darling, and peek, peekaboo).
The shopping’s not done and there’s nothing for stew
And out in the yard there’s a hullabaloo
But I’m playing Kanga and this is my Roo.
Look! Aren’t her eyes the most wonderful hue?
(Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo).
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
For children grow up, as I’ve learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
I’m rocking my baby and babies don’t keep.

And Teresa, Sheila's right. You're in our hearts and prayers, dear. Get better, and take better care of yourself. "No" isn't a long word, but sometimes it's the hardest one for us to say, even when we should. Don't agree to take on any more than you reasonably can. Good New Year's resolution!

Thanks Debbie. You're so right about the word 'no' ! I've never been able to say it with conviction.
Thank the Lord for GR and my friends here. You are all my saving grace.

All joking aside. we are so glad that you are OK. Sending you healing thoughts and hoping for pain free sleep.
I was taking a computer tower down our deck steps on my way to the car and hung my foot on the last step... I fell forward and right on the tower... that was the only thing keeping me from doing a face plant into the concrete stepping stones. My knees and hands took the brunt of the fall with me spread across the tower. By landing on my hands and knees... they took the brunt of the fall and that saved my ribs. I was a mess for a while.
Get better my friend.

J W thanks for all that. I have probiotic tablets to take as I can't do the yogurts or drinks because of the cow's milk and it's hard to get any of those in goat's milk here where I live. I'll get the cranberry juice tomorrow. Hadn't thought of it until you mentioned it!

Joy Dawn King gave me 3 scenarios I could have used to relate my spill so as to make it seem more interesting or even romantic! LOL
