You do know I was NOT serious, right?

As soon as I read "nice-looking" I had to go look. lol Maybe he was at some point but now? No.

I wrote out something like 6 days' worth of TC anniversaries to list here, but somehow the list is gone from my bookbag. Ben Gravel -- the only one I could remember off the top of my head, because I went to high school with his daughter -- is listed as a stopgap.
EDIT: Irmgard Strehl died at the hands of Peter Kürten. See The Sadist.
Carol Miller lost her life to Bill Suff. See Cat and Mouse: Mind Games with a Serial Killer.
Anna Nicole Smith overdid the AOD and died miserably. She had 11 drugs in her system when she collapsed; 8 of them were prescribed -- not to her -- but to Howard Stern, of all people, making them illegal even though they were not street drugs. See Train Wreck: The Life and Death of Anna Nicole Smith.

See Blood in the Snow: The True Story of a Stay-at-Home Dad, his High-Powered Wife, and the Jealousy that Drove him to Murder. (It would be a dandy choice for the February book challenge, come to think of it.)
This is the day Myrlene Severe was busted at Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport with a guy's head in her carry-on. See: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/4...
This, too, is a place-holder; there are like a zillion other crimes on this day I'm not remembering. Please stay tuned!
