Post your books either published during or about this decade.

Stephanie C (the_book_lady) Being an English teacher, you would think I would have read this book before...I picked up " The Secret Garden" and finished it in two Days! This is absolutely one of my favorite books I have ever read, full of beauty, childlike innocence, laughter, gardens, and MAGIC. I know this is supposed to be for kids 9-12, but it thoroughly enchanted me, and I drank it in with pure delight. I can't believe I had never read this treasure before, but I am so thankful I have now! Highly, highly recommend.

Cyndy (cyndy-ksreader) | 231 comments I read The Sins of Séverac Bablon by Sax Rohmer. A fairly quick easy mysterious read. Who is this Severac Bablon? I still don't know and that's probably why I didn't give it more than three stars.

This book was set in 1919 and starts off with a young mother drowning beneath an ice covered lake. The book covers several characters and how they struggled with the secrets of her untimely death and what actually happened that night. Gave this book 3 stars
