Yes. The central themes are timeless and people will still fall in love with Heathcliff and his brooding.

I would say yes, as the novel is somewhat atypical of that period, very different in tone and treatment compared to prior novels written by women (e.g. Jane Austen). And there's the whole mystique around the Bronte sisters which makes it even more special.
