You'll have to wait just a little bit longer ;)
Hi all, I am Bebe or Bernice. This will be my third year playing UNO. I was on the winning team last year. Let's hear it for Team Glee!
I am really looking forward to reading the next J.R. Ward novel, Blood Vow even though it is already out.
A book I would recommend from my 2016 list. I think I will go with Confessions by Kanae Minato. This book was so good, a little slow in the beginning but such a surprising ending.

Wow! Thanks for the recommendation of Confessions. It looks great, and I added it to my TBR list. 8-)

What if we end up on the same team, Abbie?
LOL! :D
Hey Abbie! Hi Anna!I can't wait to see who are in what team! ugh not good with team names so that's up for grabs. hehe
Hey Sydney C sorry I bailed on the last challenge it was kind hey honey how are you coming on your challenge? Sorry I bailed on you
Eldarwen - My boyfriend got me into the Harry Dresden books I like them a lot! Very unpredictable which is good for any book in my opinion. One of my major goals for this year is to read at least 52 books - 1 book a week. I can't wait to get started on this challenge!

You should definitely try the audiobooks for Dresden. Two words: James Masters.
Yum :)

Definitely my favorite :-)
I can't tell you how many times I burst out laughing at inappropriate times while listening to this series - but they were many. And I got a lot of glares from people around me wondering if I was sane =P
Diane Woods wrote: "Eldarwen - My boyfriend got me into the Harry Dresden books I like them a lot! Very unpredictable which is good for any book in my opinion."I agree! That's definitely a very good thing in books! :-)
And your boyfriend did good in getting you into those! Have you finished all the published books?
Agreed, Annika! The audios are totally worth it! I'm not usually an audio fan but those are awesome!
hmm, I have the first Dresden book as paperback, perhaps I should try it as audio in stead?=P It was actually one of my male friends who recommended this series to me as well, but I haven't gotten around to start it yet=(
I wasn't an audio fan before Dresden, now I'm basically listening to an audio whenever I can't have a book in my hands.Uno was my downfall for challenges and Dresden for audiobooks ;)

I don't exactly remember the name themes for all the UNO rounds before, but some suggestions could be: Planets/stars/galaxy, Disney MCs, Gods from different mythologies (greek, roman, norse), Popular book MCs, the periodic table=)
Is this the Point where I admit that I *still* haven't watched Star Wars?- Eldarwen, please don't chop my head off ;)

If you wouldn't mind.
I promise to watch them....at some point ;)
Eldarwen wrote: "Oh I like the planets/stars/galaxy one! Made me think of Star Wars right away ;-)"My mind went straight to Doctor Who instead. :P

It's blooming hot!!! Yep lots of fun!!! :D
Elderwin be nice. LOL I watched all the Star Wars movies except the latest one. I haven't had the chance :(
I started from number one with my brother but I never got past the first one I need to watch the original three first I think
Eurgh, yes, scrap the new trilogy. It's sappy Hollywood for the most part. The original trilogy is the way to go.

I'm with you, Eldarwen! I saw the originals when I was a teenager. I still refer to them as 1-2&3! I've seen all of them, and none impressed me as much as those first 3! I just watched Rogue One on Monday and it was so sad! Think I preferred The Force Awakens...
The Originals are still the best! The first episodes were just okay.
However I loved Rouge One and The Force Awakens
I haven't seen Rogue One yet, but I've seen all the rest. Of course all of the ones I saw as a kid are still the best to me...sigh. I liked young Anniken but grown up Anniken was just a whiny butthead. Oh and a dark overlord, but that's beside the point! I liked Force Awakens okay but I thought the last scene way overdone and dramatic and just plain sap[y. But that's Hollywood, eh?
Haha, we are all talking about star wars...but then we will all probably end up playing Barbie Uno....The mods sure like to keep us in suspense over here.....
