And if you go back to 2009 and look at the timeline, there were only days between when Summit said that Rachelle informed them of Barney's Version and when they announced Bryce. There was no way that they hired Bryce after that point. they must have hired her long before that, and poor Rachelle wasn't informed until the last minute.One thing that cheered me up was how David Slade first announced that Rachelle would be a "major" part of Eclipse, but when Summit replaced her with Bryce, suddenly Xavier was made the #1 villain of the movie. Sort of a "I may have to work with her but I don't have to make her a star" kind of thinking. ;-)
I actually LOVED that they made Riley more important! Xavier was a great actor (not to mention nice looking ;-)
Bryce Dallas Howard wasn't as good as Rachelle, but. Imagine that in Twilight and New Moon there would be Bryce and they would change her to Rachelle in Eclipse. It would be the same, wouldn't it?
This is random and not EXACTLY thread related, but I saw Rachelle Lefevre at the airport in Hawaii a few months ago and then she ended up sitting right by me on the plane. She is so pretty in person! :) I didn't gush or bother her though -- even though I wanted to! I should have snuck a picture I guess...

I didn't liked this change...I prefered Rachelle better...We get used to her as a Victoria so it was weird to see another actress playing her, even if Bryce is a good actress.
Yeah I was sad when she was recasted...

Aug 1 20014 TO whom may concern:
I don't like when they change actor or actress its makes the character seem they have multiple personality disorder and different actor and actress have different ideas the way they personality and how the work and they don't seem to flow in to each small settle details the actor or actress cant seem to mimic this small settle detail in general Though. I like Rachelle Lefevre and Bryce Dallas Howard well enough. but as portraying the same character I did like. they should stuck one actress.
