Every time I check my mail, there's an add for a new Calvin Clein cologne. In the add, there's this muscular guy covered in oil and a girl wrapped around him. It's freaky.

I'm sad to say, but most guys (real life guys) with hormones are a little pervy on the inside. It comes with the Y chromosome. Even prince charming has a fondness for oil and scantily clad girls. But that's just guys for you. Love 'em or leave 'em.
Plus, boys also probably hate seeing those ads with shirtless dudes running around a beach. So we aren't the only ones with a distaste for marketing.

It's going to be wierd seeing a different actress. it detracts from the story.
My viewing experience probably won't be affected by the replacement of one actress. But that's just me.

Running is different from swimming. And their likely isn't a water source inside of the Summit building we'd be trying to chase you out of.

The original goal was not to chase you, it was to escort you out, instead of security. So by you going outside by yourself, it defeats the purpose anyway. Of course Vivi might keep going after you. *shrugs*
