Please remove duplicate

I created a new book yesterday, "A Meadow in Saanich," and due to some glitch there are two duplicate entries that show on my author profile. These are not different editions of the same book. I have added a cover and description to one of the entries and have tried to remove the other, to no avail. Would be much obliged if a librarian could do this for me.

Merged incomplete duplicate and corrected the format on the actual edition to Kindle, which is the correct format for ebooks sold on Amazon.
