Hello all and welcome to the New and Improved Book of the Month! Please see below, read the revised guidelines and rules and we will see you in the topic sections!

What is Book of the Month?
Book of the Month (BOM) is a Moderator led reading activity in which you, as a group member, can join in reading the same book as everyone else in the group. Books are nominated by group members, based on the rules listed below, and after a short period of time (usually one week), the nominated books are voted on. The winning book is our BOM. Simple? YES! Let’s get started!

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE RULES BEFORE NOMINATING A BOOK

1) Check to see if the book has been previously read before nominating.
***This saves on invalidated books and books read within the last 12 months. We often re-read books, so we only request that the book not be read in the last 12 months.

2) Nomination of Series books:
Please click the provided link above to see what series we may have already started reading and what book we are on. If you like, we can nominate the next non read book in the series. If we haven't read the book please nominate the FIRST book of the series.

3) Nominate ONE book only.

4) Please ensure that the book is on the Goodreads database.

5) Please nominate books that have preferably been out for 6 months or more.
This ensures availability for all; preferably books available at libraries or free on Kindle/Nook/etc,.

6) No self nomination of books by authors or representatives of the author.
We have an area devoted to author reads as well as self promotion. For more information please contact a Moderator.

7) We will be taking the first 10 nominations to put in the poll for voting.

Norma is on break right now but i can answer that.

scroll back up to the top and you have a menu on the left hand side of the screen. it has bookshelf as one of the options... this is where the link leads.
