I have no idea when my copy will arrive, so February seems realistic.

I get the same weird looks! Then, if I find someone else who loves reading and tell them how close I am, they usually say "I used to too." or "that must be nice." All said with a jealous tone or glance.

Count me as an unreliable fourth, as in, my heart wants to read it, but it's a 50-50 shot whether I will take the steps necessary to follow through. Yuck. I hate seeing that self-awareness in print form.

I will be reading The Caliph's House: A Year in Casablanca but definitely not in January. I've got a blog tour and other review commitments to deal with.
