Or 220 would be better, there is a "thanks to" page at the end, but it's not numbered :/
Amazon says it has 224 pages and thats also true, but there are ads for other books after p. 220.
And further information about this book would be nice.

As per GR page count policy, acknowledgements included, ads excluded. Page count set at 220.

Added publication date and format from amazon listing.
