Finish date: December 28, 2017
Genre: Fiction, fantasy
Rating: B-
Review: This is a story "peopled" by moles, living in the English countryside. They have a society not dissimilar to a small town, with bullies, healers, scribes (yes, apparently they somehow write), and town councils. Bracken, a seeker of sorts, is the main character and he travels to other mole "towns" looking for Stones, which are the focus of the moles' religion. I have to confess that I liked Watership Down better.
