so I wanted to do a plot for the light bearers
i wanna put a temple in nash+yokai island that was Amaterasu's largest place of worship
and she kinda calls them all there to fight against Kagaseo and release her
but they also kind of have to live together as well and learn how to draw their powers in as one

ooh that'd be interesting cause my Light-bearer is this skittish adorable lil cinnamon roll who is like way stronger than he looks
uhmmm
i dont know if that could work
i think maybe one of the light bearers would grow power hungry and would want to take Ama's place as a god (and could probably kill her with all of the power combined), so maybe he/she would betray everyone. But I'm not sure

it'd be interesting but of course up to you hehI think the plots fine as it is too I just like spewing random shit XD
ah alrighty fiend
ill have to think about it more and make a more refined proposal, then those with light bearers can input their thoughts

okay Outsider here you go.I had the idea that my character, Fafnir, decided to build up his own army, a mixture of various humans, yokai, and half-breeds. The Motivations behind this are simple, Fafnir wishes to free Amaterasu (he knows she isn't dead) and repay the debt he owes her. Those in the army either are loyal to him or Amaterasu, and chose to fight of their own free wills. The army doesn't have a name yet (part i'm having trouble with) but they do have a flag, a black and red banner with a rising, golden sun in the center. This army has been roughly five centuries in the making, encompassing several generations of humans and even yokai, and is secretly one of the largest and best trained armies. Each force is either lead by one of Fafnir's sons or by an extremely talented yokai, and each force contains between 100 to 10,000, depending on the individual and what the force excels at (stealth, infantry, demolition, etc.) Currently Fafnir has been trying to get Light-Bearers to join but hasn't had much luck with that so far.
should i add more details?
I think this is a really good start
I can probably put it up with the update this weekend on the character availability thread with a whole description and open positions in the army

i'm currently coming up with names for his sons. so there's that part as well (i have trouble with names...)
Yea that sounds pretty interesting
take into account that they're probably hunted down by both humans and yokai that oppose them
it is technically illegal afterall

I also know my queen of seasons might support him if he convinces her that he can bring the sun back.

Eve would want to probably take more aggressive actions and stop them before they had a chance to ruin there way of life, but she trust the harpy enough now to not act on her own accord without consulting her about something so big.
fafnir is also supposed to be an overseer, so I feel like eve and tia would definitely be able to keep an eye on him.but if eve wanted to step in, tia would prolly tell her to do so carefully and not cause utter chaos
Mmmm
I don't think the yokai royalty would care so much. Hell Aseth would prolly be like
yea im in is there free food tho?
but the humans, THAT would be tricky, because there are very many humans who are just so dead set on division. I would liken it to racist people who want to divide blacks, whites, and any other race for the "good of society".

SoSegregationists? "Separate but equal" type shit?
But wouldn't the yokai royalty be involved? It's risky business to go against the gods and that can lead to division among the yokai themselves.
Uhmm somewhat?
I think humans have more the mentality that yokai are lowers and scum and thus they belong underground
whereas Yokai originally wanted to be equal with humans, and to live in harmony
There are probably a lot more yokai segregationists than human segregationists, just because the majority of the time the yokai don't want to kill off the humans when it comes to that topic
but the humans would likely have no qualms with exterminating the yokai, if it ever came to that.

So basically, we're thinking like reconstruction era. Though, if the yokai wanna live peacefully with humans, they wouldn't exactly be considered segregationists.
i told Outsider about Herensuge and the idea came to me. What if he helped that betraying Light-Bearer? perhaps the traitor told Herensuge that he/she could give him the power of light?
