Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Here we are! :D

message 2: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Yay! Thanks.

message 3: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments No problem. :) Do you have any ideas?

message 4: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Not any ones that aren't recycled.

message 5: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Haha, all of mine are pretty much recycled ones, too. XD (Though half of them never stuck.)

One that I've kinda wanted to do is that one of the guys are in a conservative home and their parents are very not okay with gays and all that. So, the relationship that they're in (or we can start before the relationship starts), is a secret. So one of the plot points would probably be the guy's parents finding out.

message 6: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Okay. I like that. Maybe we start before and they're both kinda hesitant to tell each other because of his parents and then they end up kissing one way or another so they decide they'll date but it'll be secret.

message 7: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Sounds good to me. Do they already know each other like friends? Just class mates? Or are they going to meet for the first time at the start of the rp?

Also, which one do you want? homophobic parent dude or the (possibly) open character?

message 8: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments I don't care which character I am.

Uhm. I think they should be friends.

message 9: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Alright. I have an idea for the one with the homophobic parents. :3

And sounds good to me! Best friends or just friends?

(I always ask my partner's opinion before stating my own. Hope that is alright. Haha.)

message 10: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Just normal friends.

message 11: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Sounds good to me. *Nods* Shall we work on characters?

message 12: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Yep. I'll have mine up soon.

message 13: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments I love Greyson! (And I'm a total sucker for white hair).

message 17: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Thanks! I like yours too.
So, who should start?

message 18: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Thank you. And I can if ya want. Just a normal school day? Or after school? (I'm fine with any.)

message 19: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments I don't mind. Start however you want.

message 20: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Basketballs straightened? Check.
Footballs all in the garbage tub so it can close perfectly? Check.
Rollarskates straightened and paired? Check.
And last but not least, all of the jump ropes hung up evenly. Check.

Holt had spent the last half an hour of his free hour after gym cleaning up the inventory room. He had taken a shower right before that and got bored after finishing up his book that he had only been reading for about a day. It was a good book, he couldn't just put it down.

He looked up at the clock, seeing that it was lunch in five minutes and he knew that if he didn't start heading out, he was going to get stuck in the normal high school mosh pit of the hunger rush. So, he put the book safely in the dust jacket and then dropped it into a paper bag so it wouldn't get all bent out of shape, and headed out of the gym and towards the cafeteria that was all the way to the other side of the school.

message 21: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Greyson sat in class with his head down on his desk. He was so tired and his English teacher's voice was quite literally lulling him to sleep as he sat there. He jerked up in surprise and started to quickly throw his things back into his bag. It was lunch and he wanted to try and find Holy before his buddies did. Grey didn't sit with Holt at lunch most days but he did every now and then. Mostly, he didn't because he was helplessly crushing on Holt but he was too afraid to admit it. Grey didn't want people to assume either. He knew Holt was gay and how would it look if two gay boys started sitting together all the time. "Move," Greyson grumbled as people crowded around him and decided walking as slowly as possible was they pace they were going to take to the lunch room. He sighed in slight annoyance and edged around people, picking up his pace. He was probably too late at that point but he was gonna try to get to Holt.

message 22: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt tried not to let many people know that he was gay since people often opened their mouth when someone was as high on the social class ladder as his family was. Though, he let his friends know. Well, the ones he trusted. There were quite a few girls that fawned over him and tried to get him to go steady with them, but that was just never going to happen. He couldn't allow that to happen. He often just ended up saying that he was more focused on school and scholarships, not having time for relationships. Thank God they bought it.

Holt walked into the lunch room with a brown paper bag in his large hands. He looked around the place, his hair flawlessly in place as his square jaw tightened a little. Where was Grey? He was so used to going and saying hello every lunch... But he wasn't there. Holt couldn't help but start chewing a little bit on the inside of his mouth, trying to be careful not to actually bite down and rip skin off like he used to when he was a kid. He could see his friends sitting over in the corner. They weren't typically a loud table with yelling, but many of the boys that sat there had voices that carried, which made them seem loud. You could hear them across the field if they raised their voices just a little. It was amazing, but it was just their way of speaking. He sighed softly, turning his attention to the entrance, his heart throbbing in his chest.

He had crushed on Grey for about a year now, (since last year was the first time they met). He loved every second they were able to spend together, even though he refused to call the feeling he felt love. He thought that love had to be different. Stronger. It had to make you be willing to stick your neck out, and he wasn't ready for that. So no, Holt wasn't in love.

message 23: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey pushed through people, a rather short tempered person when it came to something he cared about. And Holt was one of them. He finally made it out of the swarm of people and into the lunch room. Upon seeing Holt standing there near the other side, he made a beeline for him. "Hey," he greeted Holt as he got closer and smiled at him. Grey felt his heart flutter a bit. The side effect of crushing on your friend. Grey pushed a hand through his hair, his frustration having fallen away. "Decided to sit with me today?" Grey asked teasingly, nudging him with his elbow. He only slightly bipolar, his moods quick to change depending on what was happening and what he wanted. Grey looked around the lunch room, seeing Holt's friends sitting at a table nearby and the table he usually sat at unoccupied, his own friends nearby. "So, you gonna eat with me? I need to get in line for lunch. I forgot my lunch at home today. Stuck eating the school lunch," he said, rolling his eyes at himself.

message 24: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt finally saw the white hair that made his heart flutter. His twin sister, Nikki, always called him out on how his eyes got a little rounder when his eyes landed on them and how his lips got into a tighter thin line. He was crushing hard, and she needed to point it out non stop.

He blinked as he looked at the boy, giving him a kind smile, "Sure." He said, not really minding where he sat. That wasn't really in his OCD issues. Where he sat didn't irritate him, so he just walked along with him as they headed towards the filling up lunch line. "You should run." He said, "Get in there before it goes outside the doors." He said, winking to him. He had an easy smile on his face, one of complete calm. Grey was one of the people that he could handle being calm around. He knew his deepest secret and didn't judge him. (If he did, he'd be a hypocrite.)

message 25: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey started towards the lunch line with Holt beside him. He was going to loose his mind eventually. Grey knew that his chances were next to none when it came to being with Holt, he felt like there was no way that would happen. Just because they were friends and both gay did not mean that they would date. Especially since Holt was the school's quarterback and he was just a normal kid in the school. It's called "being out of his league". Grey took his wallet out of his back pocket, pulling out a couple of dollars to pay for his lunch since he had no money in his account. "I swear, I have never been so tired. Mr. Jones was singing me to sleep," Grey joked, looking over at Holt. He picked up his tray and began the procession of gathering his lunch as the lunch ladies placed his food on there for him. Grey gave them all a polite smile and paid for his food, grabbing some silverware. "Do you have practice today? My parents won't stop hounding me to get started on our project. The one for history. So, if you have the free time, I'd like to get started on it at my house since I have all the stuff," Grey explained as he set his tray on the table and shrugged off his backpack, setting it on the ground beside his seat.

message 26: by Kate Kid (last edited Dec 27, 2016 02:58PM) (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments His eyes traveled, he couldn't help it. He moved his eyes up and down the boy that was standing in front of him. He looked at his backside as he pulled the wallet out, his heart hammering in his chest and he felt like he was going to pass out from excitement. He was so good looking and he hardly could stand it. If he was out, he would totally be all over him, but he couldn't be. So, he kept his distance, making sure that it was at a friendly range. He smiled softly, "I don't. I have it tomorrow though." He explained, shrugging his shoulders. He wouldn't mind going over to his house, either. Though, it'd be hard. If parents weren't home, then there was going to be issue of two boys who were totally into each other (though, neither of them knew it), being alone in a house. "Yeah, I can go over. I just have to be home by eight tonight. Nikki is making cookies and demands I help."

message 27: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey nodded and took his plastic fork out of the packaging, crumbling the packaging in his hand. "Okay, that works. I'm going straight home today. You can come with me or just text me whenever you're gonna get to my house. Whichever is fine," Grey told him with a shrug of his shoulders. He twirled spaghetti around the fork and ate it with the grace of his dog, Claude. He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and took a drink of the chocolate milk he had grabbed. "We had our project on the Cold War, right?" Grey questioned, having a hard time remembering. "Oh, and my parents are gonna be gone this evening. They are going to take my sister to my grandparents and go out on a date so they won't be bugging us," Grey added as he took another bite of his spaghetti. He felt his phone buzz in his pocket and looked around to make no teacher's were looking before checking it. Just his mom asking him whether or not Holt was coming over that evening. He replied with a quick "yes" and put his phone away.

message 28: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Shit. Holt didn't show the worry on his face, but he was worried. What if he did something? What if he totally lost control and showed that he was totally into Grey? It was going to be a nightmare and a half to get himself to stay back and keep his lips to himself, or his hands. He just smiled and nodded to him, "I'll probably just come with you... And yes, Cold War." He had been doing research about it, seeing how it was in Germany with some of the many soldiers that were there. "It's interesting. There was down time where they were able to really do what they wished. Some even made instruments and made a band together." He said, going and plopping down in a seat. He opened his bag, pulling out a sandwich his mother had wrapped up for him and he bit into it, chewing and swallowing before he spoke again. "Have you done any research yet?"

message 29: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey shook his head and smiled bashfully. "No. I did a bit the day we were assigned it in the computer lab but other than that, I haven't done any," he admitted. He ate a bit more of his food and just listened to Holt as he spoke. Grey thought that Holt seemed to enjoy the subject, or at least talking about it. He smiled as he ate, giving the other boy his full attention. "Sounds like you've got most of the research right there," Grey commented, smiling to show he wasn't trying to berate him or make fun of him. A lot of times his comments were taken wrongly so he tried to make sure people understood what he meant. "So, we just need to type it out onto the power point and get some visuals and all that stuff. And then I've got the tri-fold board for our backup presentation just in case..." Grey said, most thinking out loud to himself to make sure that they had everything that they needed.

message 31: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Nodding, he straightened out his shirt a little bit, making sure that he looked presentable still. He looked at him, watching him as he ate his food and how his mouth moved to bite into what he was eating... his lips were flawless, something that Holt sometimes just wanted to reach across the table and drag his rough thumb over them to feel the contrast. He wanted to feel how they were against his lips. Were they going to be soft? Or more firm like his? He looked at his fingers, seeing how beautiful they were. He wanted to hold them in his hand, to kiss them, to have them caress his cheek.

He looked up, blinking a few times and he just nodded. He had zoned out as he was talking to him, so he was now just agreeing with anything. He smiled a little bit, "Sounds good." He said, not 100% sure what sounded so good, but he couldn't just go back and say he wasn't paying attention because he was imagining the two of them being all lovey dovey, now could he? So he'd suffer with whatever he said.

message 32: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey finished his lunch and piled everything on the tray. He wiped his mouth with the napkin he had finally decided to use. Grey glanced up at the clock and made a face. "Ugh. I don't want to go back to class," he grumbled and leaned back in his seat, lacing fingers over his stomach. They only had about ten minutes before they had to go back to class. Grey sighed softly and looked back over at his friend, his eyes trailing over his features. It was a luxury he only allowed himself every so often. Grey adored the color of Holt's eyes, the green was so bright. He reached up, running a hand through his hair as he sat up. "I'll be back. Gonna throw away my trash," he said, standing. He threw away his trash and then returned to his seat.

message 33: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt looked at him, chuckling a little bit, "The more you dread it, the longer that it will seem." He said. "You'll constantly be checking the clock and the hours will tick by with every minute." He said, shrugging his shoulders. Then again, Holt was a straight A+ kind of person who had a panic attack every time that his scores dropped down below that. He often begged for them to let him redo it and then he did quite a bit of extra credit in order to lock in the score of a higher percentage.

He didn't really notice how the other boy was looking at him. Surly if he did, he wouldn't be so calm sitting there, even though he was watching every movement that he made. So when he got up and turned his back on him, his heart thrilled because he could see how his flat body looked as it turned halfway to him and then he watched how his shirt hung off of him, the shoulderblades being able to be seen.... And then he looked down, dropping his eyes down to his pants, checking out the round of his ass and how his pockets looked. He just wished he could slip his hands back there, squeezing it or.... Even more... He blinked, trying to break out of the nasty thoughts as he came back, though, he couldn't help it, it dropped down to his crotch, his own getting a tingling feeling going through it....

I hate being a teenage boy sometimes.

message 34: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey sat back down then proceeded to stretch wildly, yawning rather loudly. He didn't mind the eyes that stared at him for a moment. "Holt, are your parents still pushing you to date? A girl?" he asked but kept his voice a bit quieter. Grey knew that Holt's parents didn't like him because he was gay, a reason why Holt always went over to his house and not the other way around. Grey, just from some educated guesses and things he had heard circling around, also knew that Holt had tried to come out to his parents but it backfired. Grey probably shouldn't be asking that question and bringing the subject up in the lunch room but it had been floating around in his mind for a while. Grey was asking for reasons only obvious to himself. He wanted to know if maybe it was safe to admit his feelings or if that was the worst idea of his life. He didn't know how he would get through being alone with Holt. They had never actually been alone before so he had never risked trying anything but he prayed that his mind would stay one tracked on the project and not on Holt and everything he wished to do and say.

message 35: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments The event that Holt was about to come out to his parents was a long time ago, about three to four years. It was when he found out that his sister was into girls just like he was into guys. The two of them were going to come out together and they brought up the subject of same sex couples to their parents at dinner. Well... Their parents went ballistic, telling them why it was wrong and why they would be so disappointed if either of them were gay/bi/whatever and how it wouldn't be tolerated in the house. So, he attempted, backfired before it really started, and here he was, back at square zero.

"Yeah, why?" He asked, looking up at him, raising his eyebrow a little bit. He glanced around when he asked that, now playing with the wrapping that the sandwich was in. He didn't want people to know, he really really didn't want people to know. If they told his parents, there was going to be hell to pay. Not to anyone else, but to him. He looked back at him, shrugging a little, "I just tell them that I'm not ready for a relationship... And I'm not." He said, though, he was lying just in case someone heard him, though, his eyes said that he was lying. Holt craved a relationship. A relationship with Grey. Though, that was never going to happen, no way in hell that Grey liked him, and there was no way in hell he'd make him keep them a secret.

message 36: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey shrugged, attempting to show slight indifference. "Just knowing what I know, I was curious to know if maybe they had let up for one reason or another," he commented, balancing his chair on the back two legs. Actually, I wanted to know so maybe I could try to convince you to date me. But until then, I'll continue the little white lies. Compared to Holt's parents, were incredibly accepting of his sexuality. They also knew that he liked Holt but they never said anything about it around Holt. He had told them a couple years ago and since then they have always been available for him to talk to. They have always been happy whenever he brings home a boy and are there for him to cry on their shoulders when things never go well.

message 37: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt chuckled, shaking his head and he looked down, exhaustion clear on his face. He hated being in the closet, it was the worst thing in the world.... "Yeah, they're never going to change their mind on anything. They're as stubborn as Nikki is blonde." He said, looking over at him. His sister was blonde as hell, she had no highlights of really anything in that hair, it was just golden. He sighed softly, his shoulders slumping a little bit. He always tried to be happy go lucky, but the only time he ever showed what he was really feeling like was with Grey or with Nikki. Though, it was rare for him to do it in public.

message 38: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey nodded and let his chair drop back onto all fours. He honestly didn't know what to say to him. Yeah, he had been in the closet for a while but he wasn't rejected by his family. Grey couldn't sympathize for him like that, all he could do is say that he was sorry for him and that was about it. He looked up as the bell rang, dismissing them from lunch. He sighed heavily and stood, hauling his backpack over his shoulder. "Okay, so, just meet me in the parking lot after school and we can drive to my house from their? Or do you need a ride?" he asked, cocking a brow in silent question. He stuffed his hands in his pockets as he stood beside the stable, waiting for Holt to give him an answer.

message 39: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt wished that they would have more time to hang out with one another at lunch, but it was over so the tall man got up. He stretched a little and he looked at the man that he had a deep crush on. The man was adorable, handsome.... God.... He just wanted to get close to him, to hold his hand, to kiss his cheek.... To tell him to have a good time in class... He nodded to him, "I need a ride, Nikki will want to take our truck." He said, walking closer to him, but just to get out of the cafeteria, though, it was a plus side that he would be able to walk by the man that his mind was always filled with.

message 40: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey nodded and began to walk to his next class with Holt. He had the strong urge to grab his hand and pull him close despite the school's harsh PDA rules. "Okay, then meet me in the car line after school and we'll just go straight to my house so we can work on that darned project," he said, running a hand through his hair. Grey clenched his free fist and dropped his hand from his hair, wrapping both fists around his backpack straps. "Alright, I'll see you after school, Holt," he said in parting, giving him a playful nudge in the side with his elbow before making a beeline for his next class.

message 41: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt nodded to him, giving the boy a small smile as he started to walk off to his own class, having to rush even faster in order to make it to his class on time. He breathed in deeply, his heart hammering in his chest. He didn't want to be late, he couldn't be late. He wanted to be early like he always was.

((Shall we go to after school? ))

message 42: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments ((Yep.))

Grey bounced his leg impatiently, watching the clock as it ticked towards three o'clock. He was so ready to get out of school and go home, work on the project with Holt. He yawned and was the first out of his seat when bell finally rang. Vaguely, he heard his teacher say goodbye to everyone as he exited the room with a few students following him out. Grey took out his phone and began to text while he walked. He didn't text Holt, knowing that he would be out there to meet him before long. He glanced up every so often to avoid running into someone or something, leaning back against a pillar outside where all the students congregated after school to wait for their bus or for their parents to pick them up.

message 43: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt was trying to get out of the school as fast as he could, but he also had to wait for his gorgeous twin sister, Nikki. He loved the girl with all of his heart and would never allow anything bad to happen to her. She was the one person that could get him to risk an OCD attack by being late, but it was worth it to see her smile. She was also one of the only people that could calm him down when he went into one.

Today, she was actually on time with meeting him, running up and getting the keys. The young blonde had long legs and a cute waist. She had the most adorable button nose and her skin was flawless. It wasn't a surprise that the two cutest and sexiest people in the school were siblings. They were also two of the most popular ones, Holt being the quarterback on the football team and Nikki being the head cheerleader. Though, the one thing that would surprise people is both of them were gay.

Holt walked along with Nikki out of the school, his shoulder bag over his left shoulder and Nikki was holding onto his right one. She was clinging onto his arm, so when they got to the stairs, he flexed, easily picking up her smaller figure with only one arm. She curled her legs up, giggling as she held onto her brother, a huge grin on her face. He carried her down the stairs, and when they got to flat ground, he put her down again, grinning over at her. "So just tell dad I'll be home later tonight." He said.

"Will do." She said, wiggling her fingers to him, then looking at Grey. "See you, Grey!" She called out, her voice sounding like the sound equivalent to sugar and sprinkles.

message 44: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey looked up as he heard his name and smiled Holt's sister, playfully winking at her as he waved goodbye. They all knew it just fun with them all being gay to some degree. He thought she was cute but not in that way and he certainly not date her but by no fault of her own. "Hey, you ready to go?" Grey asked, turning his attention to Holt as he pocketed his phone and pulled his keys out by the lanyard he had them strung on. His car was nothing impressive, just a five year old Honda his parents had given him for Christmas a few years ago. He had learned to drive in the car and it was the only car that he used. "My mom texted me and said they had already left and taken my sister to our grandparents so we don't have to watch her," he commented as he began to walk towards the student parking lot, gesturing with a jerk of his chin for Holt to follow him.

message 45: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments Holt nodded to him, giving him a small smile, "Sure." He said, starting to walk along with him when he motioned with his chin to follow. He as aware what car was his, since he had hung around Grey for a few years now. He dug his hands into his pockets a little more and he wrapped his fingers around his own keys that he wasn't going to be using today besides to possibly get into his house. His sister had her own key to the truck, since they both used it just as much as one another. "Sounds good... So we'll have a lot of time to focus." He said, looking forward. He hoped that they would focus at least, he didn't think he could handle time of them just goofing off. He might... do something! And where would they be then?

message 46: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey spun his keys around his finger, catching the actual keys in the palm of his hand as they reached his car. "Yeah, we'll have plenty of time to work on that project. At least four or five hours. That should be plenty for us to get it at least near finished in one go," Grey replied, unlocking his car with they key fob and sliding into the front seat. He turned down the blasting radio and rolled down his windows ever so slightly to let the air in his car circulate. "Hopefully, we can get done most of it finished so we just put on the finishing touches and be done with it. I hate doing projects," he mumbled and gripped and commented to Holt once Grey knew he could hear him. He stretched lightly, buckled himself in, checked the sane for Holt, and then took off.

message 47: by Kate Kid (new)

Kate Kid (katekid) | 7912 comments He nodded to him and was glad that they were going to just be working on the project. Usually Holt wouldn't be this bent on getting all of the work done this day. He usually spread it out pretty nicely, but right now, he just wanted to get it done. If he ended up doing something because they were alone, he didn't know really what would come of it. Would Grey tell people? Brag? He was the quarterback. Getting the quarterback to fall for you was a pretty big feat in a lot of people's eyes. Though, he had to also remind himself that this was Grey. Grey would never do something like that to him! So, he just looked over at him, nodding to him, "Yeah, they aren't that entertaining." He said, buckling up as well as soon as he really got situated in the seat. He was pretty big because of his muscles, so he usually had to get comfortable in a chair before he could strap himself in. He was also tall to boot. God, cars sucked sometimes.

message 48: by Xavier (new)

Xavier | 912 comments Grey cocked a brow in agreement and made a left turn after waiting for the light to go green. It didn't take long for him to get back to his house, the drive wasn't far at all. He sighed softly as he parked his car in the driveway. "Let's go tackle this project," he exclaimed with as much fake enthusiasm as he could muster before pushing himself out of the driver's seat of his car. He grabbed his backpack from the backseat and walked up to the steps leading to the front door, unlocking it and walking inside. "All my stuff is upstairs in my room. I'm gonna go grab it real quick," Grey called although he wasn't sure if Holt actuakly heard him. He shrugged and dropped his backpack on the floor and took his shoes off by the door, jogging upbthe stairs and towards his room.

He could see himself jogging from his house to school every morning instead of driving. It would squeeze in some more work out time, too. His schedule would be healthier, and that'd be nice. Though, he didn't live here, Grey did. He looked over at him, nodding with a grin. "We'll make it great!" He said, chuckling. He got out of the car, struggling at first almost falling out. He was too big for a Honda, way too big. Though, he stood back up after throwing his bag on his shoulder and started walking, barely hearing him. He heard him jog up the stairs and looked around. He had been here once, and... he really liked it. It didn't feel stuffy like his own home, or too strict with t he rules. Sure, Holt followed them without issue, but he did like the freedom as well.

Xavier | 912 comments Grey gathered all the stuff they needed for the physical presentation that he had stored in his bedroom closet and took it all downstairs. "Come with me to the dining room," he told Holt as he passed by him, leading him to the dining room. He dropped all his stuff on the table then grabbed his laptop from the breakfast nook connected to the dining room. Grey brought it back and set it down in front of one of the dining room chairs. "Okay, so, do we want to do the poster board presentation first or do we want to do the slideshow?" Grey asked Holt, looking over at him for his opinion. Grey ran a hand through his hair, gripping it at the crown of his head. He was finding it to be increasingly harder to be around Holt when they were alone, especially since there was literally no one in the house besides them.
