It looks like you're one of the rare cases of true ISBN conflict.
I'd suggest you add your book without the ISBN as explained in the above post, and add a note mentionning the ISBN issue.

He is not a librarian, he cannot do that (leave a note)

Not so rare, ISB numbers are re-used. BUT i cannot find a proof that this ISBN is reused, and the only title I am matching it with is the one you own. And the "The Sword of Shannara" was imported by a script, so I think this might be a case of a wrongly attributed ISBN in the system.
I have created an edition that most accurately reflects the book you own. You can shelve it while this issue is being resolved. Could you please kindly provide page numbers (without promotional material)
All in all we need a super-librarian here as none of us would move an ISBN, since we can't prove what is the case.

Added. Hopefully a more experienced or a super will soon notice the topic. You might want to research if the other book has ever been printed with that ISBN (I'm sure my search wasn't as thorough as it can be)

After doing some research and messaging with the Librarian who made the edits to the import, it looks like this ISBN is only associated with First King of Shannara and the title currently associated with that ISBN is simply not correct.
I or someone else can fix this, but I can't do it right now.

The book I have is First King of Shannara by Terry Brooks. When scanned, my version comes up listed as The Sword of Shannara by the same author. I tried to add this as a new book via the website and got the following errors and was directed to this group
2 errors prohibited this record from being saved:
Isbn is taken by an existing book with the title "The Sword of Shannara (Shannara, #1)". Search for 0099602016 in the header to view it. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ISBNs are optional so you can also add this book without an ISBN.
Isbn13 is taken by an existing book with the title "The Sword of Shannara (Shannara, #1)". Search for 9780099602019 in the header to view it. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ISBNs are optional so you can also add this book without an ISBN.
I didn't want to just submit this without the ISBN in case I was breaking some protocol and I didn't want to make an incorrect submission, so thought I would create this thread.

* Description:
THE SECOND WAR OF THE RACES
Horrified by the misuse of magic they had witnessed during the First War of the Races, the Druids at Paranor devoted themselves to the study of the old sciences, from the period before the collapse of civilization a thousand years before. Only the Bremen and a few trusted associates still studied the arcane arts. And for his persistence, Bremen found himself outcast, avoided by all but the few free-thinkers among the Druids.
But his removal from Paranor was not altogether a terrible thing, for Bremen learned that dark forces were on the move from the Northlands. That seemingly invincible armies of trolls were fast conquering all that lay to their south. That the scouts for the army - and its principal assassins - were Skull Bearers, disfigured and transformed Druids who had fallen prey to the seductions of the magic arts. And that at the heart of the evil tide was an archmage and former Druid named Brona!
Using the special skills he had acquired through his own study of Magic, Bremen was able to penetrate the huge camp of the Troll army and learn many of its secrets. And he immediately understood that if the peoples of the Four Lands were to escape eternal subjugation they would need to unite. But, even united, they would need a weapon, something so powerful that the evil magic of Brona, the Warlock Lord, would fail before its might...
* Link to cover on a NON-BOOKSELLER site: http://www.litildevil.freeserve.co.uk... (this is the largest, clear image I could find via an image search, though I have made my own 300dpi scan of the front cover if needed, but it's 20mb)
Some more details of the book: It is a larger, softcover book measuring 154mm*233mm if this helps in identification. If required I can scan the rear cover as proof of ISBN, along with a photo of the copyright sheet.
The last numbered page is 489 and this is the last leaf in the book, with only an "about the author" blurb printed on the last page (same leaf).
