That sort of information certainly doesn't belong in the title, but "audiobook included" would be fine information to include in an edition's description.
And it's fine if they are combined with editions containing "A Voice in the Wilderness" only, for example?
Is the audiobook not the same book, but in a different format?
If it is a different book, it should only be combined with editions also containing the same two books.

Taking these as example:

my question is that do these audiobook inclusions make them different works from the editions relating to just "A Voice In The Wilderness" and "The Odyssey" respectively?

title was "Aunt Crete's Emancipation: By Grace Livingston Hill (Illustrated) + FREE Anna Karenina' and I changed it to "Aunt Crete's Emancipation / Anna Karenina". But the "Free Audiobooks" may not be easy to be identified.
