Harry has to dodge the FBI during the investigation out of a perceived obligation to Terry to stick with the case. Was the FBI behavior indicative of real life (not wanting to play well with others)? Was Harry up to his typical "lone wolf" approaches?

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments Well, I've never actually dealt with the FBI, but they do have a reputation of not playing well with others. It's probably true to an extent. And, Harry was definitely on his own in this book, but that is the way he likes it.

That became obvious after 9/11 and I suspect it will always be this way in some form or fashion. They just made it easier for Harry to be himself and since he saw the same tendencies in Rachel, he was willing to play team with her (somewhat).

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments The FBI does not like sharing their sandpit, but there was also a touch of Harry's lone wolf antics even after partnering up with Rachel.
