I'm not quite certain. Do you know what the books are about? According to http://w3.ufsm.br/literaturaeautorita... the Caminho de Abril collection was launched in April 1999 by the Portuguese publisher Editorial Caminho with the aim of marking the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Carnation Revolution. They don't appear to have been published before 1999 and they may have characters/universe in common.
As you've said it's a collection for the anniversary of the Portuguese Revolution. That's the only point in common of these books: they take place in a way or another in this historical period.They have different authors and characters, so, according with GoodReads policy, they shouldn't be considered as a series.
