I love this challenge because it allows you to incorporate books from other genres too! I've always been an avid historical fiction reader and I have just discovered a passion for classic literature. Therefore, this challenge will allow me to have the best of both worlds while also spurring me on to read a bunch of books that have been sitting on shelf for awhile! Happy reading!

oooh, great choices! I've also got Hard Times in there, and really like the choice of Passage to India - I need to read that too!

Good luck with your challenge, I particularly enjoyed Middlemarch, Madame Bovary and A Passage to India, though all three took a little while to get into, they were well worth persevering with. I hope you enjoy them :)
