Awesome - it's not easy to finish, but starting is the hardest part.
Actually to me beginning is easy but now Im stuck with writers block so Im gonna hopefully get some ideas from school since my book is about teenagers XD
Think about how your characters could change - people love to see growth in the characters they are reading about. You also can't go wrong with adding more conflict!

Hello everyone! The idea behind this group seems really cool so kudos to whoever( Skye? ) started it :) People on other groups don't seem know what to call me because of my username, so just call me AMaryJ if that isn't a problem for you :)
Hmm I don't know if these classify as "cool" but here are some facts about me :
1. I'm an Indian :D
2. HUGE Potterhead! I've been sorted into Ravenclaw and I hate dumb house stereotypes like "all slytherins are bad guys" or "all hufflepuffs are stupid".
3. I like to think my taste in books is eclectic and I do read books from all genres but I particularly love fantasy because books in this genre have the unique ability of having bits from all genres within it. That said, I like to think I can appreciate all genres as long as it has a good plot and writing.

1. My favorite book series is The Queen's Thief series by Meghan Whalen Turner.
2. I love the Super Powered's Books by Drew Hayes. They started out as a web serial and have been published as they've been completed. They're free on Drew Hayes' website so go read them!
3. I like to stay active and will do pretty much anything from singing to running to painting to keep from being bored. Also I love hiking, Yosemite Rocks!

Hi! I love the queen's thief series! I'm soooo excited for the new one coming out! And I love hiking too! My family and I travel some, so we went to broken bow, out in oklahoma over thanksgiving, and we went to canada in october.

Yeah, Dally was my darling <3 I've never seen the movie (and honestly, I kinda don't want to), but it made me kinda angry that they gave him black hair. But yeah, I'll go for Matt Dillon. Yeah, I was going to get a chameleon, but I decided on a crestie instead :)

Ok, so I introduced myself a while back, but it wasn't very good/interesting, so I am going to try again:)
Hi y'all! My name is Paige, I am 13, I have been in this group for a while now, but have never really introduced myself properly. So, to start out, I swim competitively for USA swimming, I also play volleyball. I am one of those people that is always happy, and I have a goofy sense of humor that only certain people get........: )I am really competitive and I am also a perfectionist. This is random, but my dream is to go to the Olympics, and then I want to be a movie producer. I also, someday, want to visit New Zealand, so I can see the Shire( where LOTR was filmed) I am currently reading Pride & Prejudice and struggling:) (any suggestions on how to read the older English???) And some of my to-read books this year are Little Women, Anne of Green Gables, and Jane Eyre. My favorite series of ALL time is the Mother Daughter Book Club. As for songs/movies...I love the song "American Pie" by Don McLean and also "Hooked on a Feeling" from Guardians of the Galaxy. Movies, I love LOTR!!!!!! I can't even sum up how much I love it in words, I just do. I am also a huge Captain America Fan, and love all Marvel movies, actually. I also really like Pride & Prejudice(movie too:), Sense and Sensibility( watched the movie) and Room With a View(has any one seen or read that? It is FANTASTIC!!!!) Other things, my favorite color is ocean blue, oh and fun fact, I lived in the Netherlands for 5 years, and England 3!

Greetings and salutations to all! I'm Sherri Fulmer Moorer, and I just joined. In the spirit of instructions, I will tell you three, and only three things. More will undoubtedly come as I participate in this group!1. I'm an indie author. I write primarily scifi and mystery/suspense, but I also dabble in inspirational non-fiction. I currently have four works in progress: three scifi, one inspirational.
2. I'm an ambivert. That's a borderline introvert/extrovert. And after several busy months at work and a HUGE meeting where I gave a presentation yesterday, the extrovert is tapped out. I see the introvert winning here for a while. Too bad for our new neighbors. I might be hiding under our deck until the fall at this point.
