I want to go to Michael's prom but I cant cause Im homeschooled. Also, never been to or had a school dance ever. Plus, his school rules are different so I dont know if I could go anyway :'(
And if its not this year, at least NEXT year because thats his last prom before college so thats special to me too.I dont know what to do..Help?
Aw Nerdy. Just talk to the school principal maybe and see if their okay with it. If they are, I mean it's only for 1 night: then that's good. If they say no for certain circumstances, remember that it's not the end. You and Mike could always have your own prom.. You guys could like do it somewhere alone with some music and your own night. It doesn't have to be in a school or anywhere.. It really matters is both of you enjoying the night and each other. It is a special night for both of you. It doesn't matter where you are, what really matters is who you are with.

Swearing is flat-out terrible. People shouldn't even do it in public, but I suppose the world has come too far to ask that much. ^_^

I'm sorry you're having difficulties Shine, but I think you and your parents are making the right choice. After all if you are only the helper or in a volunteer position you shouldn't take that kind of abuse. Just know that you have more good people around you than negative ones.
