J.R. Ward writes it in 3rd person unlimited/omniscient I believe.
I've always been crappy with POV definitions. lol
I think you'd enjoy the way it's written. You get mmultiple characters POV's.

I'm happy that there are more men writing UF, which has resulted in books with male protagonists. In British UF there are more often main characters who are atheist/agnostic, likely a reflection of the difference in culture. There are still very few books in which the main character isn't heterosexual, which is a bit of a pity i think.
A problem i have with PNR (aside from the sexuality of the characters) is the alpha male. There's nothing wrong with alpha males, but abit of variety now and then won't hurt, so let's bring in the beta males.
I would also like it if the fantasy aspects in the UF/PNR were based on for instance Asian mythology. Most of the time the mythology is European/Western.
