Week #16 Apr. 16-22 Theme Easter

For this Weeks theme we will be asking that you read...

a book that has an Easter quality to it. Now I figure a book based on Easter may or may not be hard to get your hands on. So we will go with a few easy ways to get this one done too. Read a book with the folllowing items on the cover: Bunny, Eggs (Plain or Decorated), Spring, or a very colorful pastel cover. I hope that this helps make this one easier

Any recommendations? I have no idea what to read!

Egg & Spoon by Gregory Maguire has an egg on it and Flipped by Wendelin van Draanen has a chick on it if that helps.

I don't think I'll get around to it either. But if I do I already have Egg and Spoon. It took some thinking to figure out any books that seemed Easter-y. I kept think The Matched series but she in a glass ball on the cover not an egg. Then again she's hatching sort of so idk. Lol

Oh yeah, that's good thinking, it kind of looks like an egg!

I think the colors would qualify for that to with the matched trilogy.

I was skimming through my kindle and happen to see another easter themed book. It's got a person holding two eggs on the cover a pink one and a blue one. It's called Swaying by Lucinda Blanchard. I'm thinking it was a freebie but it doesn't look too bad.
