Hello, I need to know how to add the purchase links to my book or do I request a librarian? Also, my book was published yesterday. Is there something I should do to let people know? Thank you,
Brina Brady

Debbie's Spurts (D.A.) | 6325 comments Just make sure (or ask a librarian to do) all the book editions are on goodreads with correct isbn, isbn13, asin, bnid, etc. Then the purchase links work if the vendor carries the book.

(Goodreads members can customize their own links to include sources like their local bookstore versus an author or librarian setting those up for each book; but, if book identifying numbers are accurate the standard/default links work and the customized/selected book links will search either by book isbn/asin or by title).

Emy (emypt) | 5037 comments Brina, if you are referring to the link section on a book record, this is specifically NOT for purchase links. As D.A. says above, purchase links are customised by users (e.g. mine go to local vendors and library catalogues). Each edition should have it's own ISBN or ASIN which, when a purchase link is clicked on, will link to the book IF that vendor sells that format (so Kindle links only work to Amazon, BNID to Barns & Noble, etc.).
