Oui :)
Got myself a new cover made earlier today, and decided to post some info on a new story in the works.https://calwbrookauthor.wordpress.com...
It's been a while, but many things have happened in the meantime. :)I wrote 675 words today, which is quite good for me lately. I'm not taking part in Camp NaNo this time, but I am trying to get back into things slowly. :)
My total word count for July is now 1,660.I've started to work on Our Second Chance a bit. It's getting to be more structured than I thought it would, in the best possible way. :)
It's now August, and I have suddenly got a creative streak back for my writing. Written over 5,000 words in the last two weeks alone! :)As a special treat, here is the cover for Our Second Chance, which was created by J.C. Clarke.
Wow, is it really a year since my last update. God I am such a slacker sometimes. On the plus side, I have had a fairly good couple of months. Got two games out in Paperback format, formatting a couple of older books to bring them up to standard and getting myself back into the process of writing the stories I've been longing to tell.
Thanks to everyone who has been speaking with me during my absence, especially JC Clarke, Dawn Sister and CB Archer. I don't think I would be where I am today without your support.
I have had three covers made during my absence. The first was created by Sapphire Designs, for my upcoming book Blitzen's Gift.
The second cover was created by JC Clarke, for my recently released book The Shifting Secrets: Written In Blood.

Also, hi!"
Hey CB. :)
Came up with another story idea today. If only I had the time to develop it. :)

Thanks Sam. :)
This is the blurb for Closing the Circle in case you are interested.
The fur will fly when a young wizard seeks his path.
During the funeral of his estranged grandmother, a young wizard named Felix Driftwood is unexpectedly chosen to potentially become the next owner of their family spell book. Faced with bitter rivalry from his cousin William, the other potential heir, Felix attempts to return home to escape the madness that has begun to take place.
Things take a turn for the worse when he is unexpectedly detained by the local magical enforcement agency, and is then attacked by an unknown assailant. Scared for his life, Felix is given sanctuary in Talybris, a hidden world that is guarded by a pack of wereshifters who have fae lineage.
Felix is now in a race against time to solve the puzzle left to him by his grandmother and prevent his power crazed cousin from destroying their family's legacy. On top of this, he must also try to deal with the romantic advances from Ronan LeClaine, the pack's handsome alpha, as well as the jealousy driven actions of his devoted familiar.
