Set in contemporary New York City, a seemingly ordinary teenager, Clary Fray, discovers she is the descendant of a line of Shadowhunters, a secret cadre of young half-angel warriors locked in an ancient battle to protect our world from demons. I loved the series! I enjoyed the movie also. I do like the tv series, but I don't think I'm enjoying it as much as the movie. I don't know. We'll see, did the continue with a second season or did they cut it?

I am so freaking excited. It is the best feeling in the world knowing that's its only a couple weeks away.

Yes, I was worried they cut it, like they cut the movie. I would have been bummed.

I think that a lot of people would have been bummed. I like that they got Dominic Sherwood for Jace. Specially after seeing him to Christian in Vampire Academy.

What? I didn't put that together.....lol

Really. I guess some people still haven't put it together because in VA he is brunette and in SH he is blonde.

I thought this movie was really good and not nearly as inaccurate as everyone says. I just think they gave too much away at the end that would have ruined future movies... if they made them. I also prefer the movie casting over the show's, because most of the tv actors are terrible! The girl playing Clary is so bad I cringe when she speaks.

Well they were trying to go with completely new actors and actresses for it. They were trying to do the best they could to separate the movie and television show.
