I added it. It is definitely an MP3 but it's not a CD, it's a digital copy. None of the format options seem great to me. It could be listed as just an audiobook. It's definitely not an audio CD, audio cassette, audible audio, or cd-rom. Does audiobook seem to be the best option?

The publisher has it listed as "eAudio". I would have added it as an audiobook.

Ayshe is correct - Audiobook is the best format to use when it is unclear which type of audiobook you have in hand (or metaphorically in hand for digital editions). The only exception is for editions sold through Audible, which have their own edition type (similar to Kindle Edition).
