Combine 2 books, please

Hi there,

My new book, SKIN just went up for preorder on Amazon today, and I need a little help from a librarian, please.

1. Please add the Amazon version to my author profile. (It doesn't add automatically because my author name on Amazon doesn't have periods between the initials.)

2. Please combine the new Amazon preorder entry with the one that I entered myself a few weeks ago so that there is only one listing for this book and so that the review is there.

3. Please make sure that I keep my review(s).

Added the periods to the author name, combined the placeholder edition with the actual edition and merged (= deleted) the placeholder edition.
Merging transfers reviews/ratings/shelvings to the other valid edition. Some pages on Goodreads are heavily cached and can take some time to update.
