I have a copy of this PDF.

It has 122 pages. Then I'm discounting preface pages paginated with minuscle roman nunerals and pages following the Annex section containing advertising for other Global Research books.

Sandra | 31525 comments Halvor, the easiest way is to go to the last page of the actual book, then see if any acknowledgements etc should be added then use that number.
