I read this book a while back so I'm not 100% sure (also spoilers ahead):Yes, he knew that they knew he was a scam, but wasn't Locke himself the reason why they knew it in the first place? He visited Don Lorenzo early on pretending to be one of The Spider's men and informed him that Lukas Fehrwight was a scam but told him to go along with the con because it was part of an ongoing investigation. He had no way of knowing that Don Lorenzo and his wife actually reported all this to The Spider itself. Therefor, as far as Locke knew, he was still in the game.
Pretty much as Gianluca says Locke willing goes along because he still believes everything is going as planned.
But what does he think is their plan at this point?"oh the Lorenzo's know I'm a scam and now they've invited me to this party"
What possible reason could they have for inviting him to the party other than to set a trap for him?
There is a degree of arrogance involved. Locke thinks he is in control. Hes playing the ultimate part and getting an invite to hang with high society. If the Salvaras hadn't stumbled into the confidence of the real spider then how exactly would they have trapped Locke since the person they believed was the spiders agent was Locke. They couldn't exactly have Locke arrest himself. Then there the issue of pride. IF the Salvaras publicly move against Locke the risk exposing the fact they got involved in a not quite legal deal that turned out to be a scam. Its the reason non of Lockes other victims spoke out before.
Its was just calculated risk on Locke,s part.
Raza had wiped him up and Locke was still unaware that the Salvaras believed he was still the spider.
Nah I dunno I just can't buy it. He's getting an invite to the high society why? I would have liked for both Locke and the Lorenzo's to at least mention a possible motive for his invitation taking into account all the facts.
The Lorenzo's too would know it'd look weird because at this time they knew that he knew that they knew (haha).
Hes been a several high society moments before that (like the shark fight/boat party)so its not to great a push.
At the boat party the Lorenzo's invited him because they thought he was a honest business man and wanted to discuss business with him. What did Locke think was the reason for them inviting him to the Raven's Reach party? That's what I would have liked being mentioned.
Bottom line is that its simply writers convenience. If Locke doesn't do it then we don't have a final act.
He thinks they are still playing the part like he told them to as the fake Spider. Essentially, everyone is acting like they all think this is a legitimate business association. So what would people in that position do? The Lorenzos would invite their partner to this party. Fehrwight would have no reason not to go. Just because everyone knows they're playing a part doesn't mean they don't play the part to the hilt.

So at the end of the story the Salvara's invite Locke to the party at Raven's Reach. What reason did Locke think they had for inviting him?
He knew that they knew he was a scam. What other possible reason could they have for wanting to bring him to a party other than to somehow make a trap for him?
The story does not reveal which motives Locke thought they had.
