I hate rules mostly so this is going to be(hopefully) short and simple.

Idc how many characters you make in any group just try to do more RP's than just 1. No same names. No fighting. Your superhero MUST have a flaw. No powerful crazed person that is better than everyone else. Turst me, those role plays are NO FUN!!!

Thats it. I might add more l8r but thats it for now. HAVE FUN!!!
