ABANDONED. Dystopia where girl is locked in (cellar?? shelter?? etc) with abusive step father and ex boyfriend

I remember being so excited about this book coming out a while back and completely forgot the name of it..It might have been a YA dystopia? There was a teenage girl who had just recently broken up with her boyfriend who for some reason is forced to live together (I think in some sort of shelter, which is why I think its a dystopia) with him and her abusive dad/stepdad.
