Hawaii!! Jealous! I used to go there for a week during summers when I was a kid. My dad lived on Oahu for awhile. I'll keep reading a bit to give you some more updates and to get to Ang's!

I'm at chapter 15 now too. What interesting observations! (view spoiler)[I definitely had a weird feeling about Vanessa too, but she and Kendra shared the secret message thing which was a good way to throw the reader off track. I definitely figured Coulter had SOME kind of reason for taking Seth out, but couldn't for the life of me think of what it could be. That was so cool of him to give up his cocoon to Seth. That's the only way to have saved his life from the demon. I can't believe I didn't put 2 and 2 together on that one.

I like the idea of Mendigo returning the bowl to the fairy queen! But maybe the naiads would just hold him captive again. And it would be interesting to know what type of creature inhabits the house. I get the feeling that story isn't over because I feel like Lena will make a reappearance as a main character again later.

And I think the Sphinx already took the teapot when he left with the other prisoner. What a blow for Fablehaven. He has at least 1 artifact, or maybe more because of the other one from Brazil, PLUS whoever the evil dude is from the Quiet Box. At least Fablehaven has Warren back, and everyone is at full health. They're going to need it if they're going to have any kind of chance against the SES.

It's such a quick read! And there comes a part where it's hard to put it down; you just HAVE to find out what happens! Kinda like after Midsummer's Eve in the last book. I had a hard time putting the book down cuz the pace seemed to pick up and I HAD to see how they were getting their grandpa back...and stopping Muriel and the demon...and the whole fairy army thing! See what I mean!
