Editor listings on Single-author works

This thread is for valid authors who are also listed as editors of single-author works. Policy, in general, is to remove editors of non-anthologies. The only consistent exception to this rule is classics. The authors listed below need to be removed only from the single-author works they have edited (usually professionally) - please leave alone any anthologies or works which they authored/co-authored.
