Who has had trouble starting a book of Nicholas'?

The book I am currently reading is Two By Two and I have been having a slow start with it

I had a slow start with The Best of Me.

I've also had a slow start with True Believer. I keep getting a chapter or two into it and then end up moving on to another book. I'm hoping to re-start it again soon.
