What counts is the last numbered page of the book belonging to the text, plus any unnumbered pages after that which include text (or illustrations) belonging to the book, such as acknowledgements and colophon (if at the end of the book, not if it's the reverse title page). Not to be included are previews and adverts for other books, or a list of the author's other books.

The colophon is at the back of the title page. After that comes an excerpt from Checkov's Three Sisters, unnumbered, a blank page behind it and then the main body of text (page number 1).
The back of page 371 is blank, then comes a small piece of text about the author (where he was born, where he lived and the fact that this is his first novel), also unnumbered. Then there follow five blank pages.

Could you provide the publisher's name and the date of publication?

Discussion:
The body of the text is 371 pages long and it counts only the pages of the story, ignoring the title page, colophon etc. I added the rest, including the blank pages left inbetween (they would also become part of the presentation of the book, as the editor's choice) to a total of 379.
Amazon counts the five blank pages at the very end, to a total of 384:
