#266 - did not combine. There is a librarian note saying it is a distinct short story whereas the others are a collection.

The cover gives his name as Chris Brookmyre but other books of his with the name written as Chris are filed as Christopher.

Each is combined with some editions but don't seem combined with each other, perhaps because the preposition "to" is capitalized differently.

This is my mistake for asking to please combine without realizing what that meant.
